"I'll know more when I get the finished product, but the website was difficult to negotiate. Not sure why you have to sign up with an account for a 1 time order. I get it, to possibly elicit repeat orders, but it seemed way too tedious. Then I needed to change my billing address as it is different than my shipping address and that was a pain in the ****; translate to not easy. Not sure why it was so difficult. Next time I'll go somewhere that isn't so frustrating. Unless of course the pens I ordered are exquisite..."
