"I ordered on the website and paid, plus sent a separate email asking for a specific purchase. I got one auto email and that's it. A week later I called customer service asking if they processed my order as requested. The call center took a look at my order, updated my order and said I would be getting an email to confirm the changes. If I accepted the update I would just click ok and If I didn't like it then I should call back.... go figure.... again no email. Today another week later I get an email about thier products but still no confirmation order, tracking number, not a peep. They sure took my 80$ and I haven't heard back"
