Do not trust

"So after reviewing all of the comments (most of them with stellar reviews, along with the correct spelling of foreign names), it is clear that this company is a scam. I purchased a defective Lenovo laptop and all the representative did was continually ask for my credit card information and tried to extort $200-$400 out of me to "fix" a brand new laptop that I had just purchased that was still covered under warranty. I took it back to the store and they confirmed that the laptop was indeed defective and replaced it with a new one that works great. DON'T trust these people or any of the glowing reviews. The company is most likely putting these reviews in here themselves and they are not genuine"

Scammers, yes, they really are

"These guys are infamous scammers, they fool people into thinking their computer is infected. Don't expect them to fix anything, and even if it may seem like that, they simply portray things in a way it might seem real to a person who doesn't know anything - or not much - about computers, to get you to pay for their unfortunate lives."

SCAMMERS

"I paid these scammers nearly $300 for a one time issue because they claimed to be Microsoft tech support. This was back in 2018...four years ago! They never could fix my issue. They are in Pakistan or India or someplace. I had a local tech come to my house and he physically repaired my computer. Now...4 years later, they keep sending me emails, telling me they are going to charge my card $249.95 because my pack has expired and I signed up for auto renewal, which is complete BS!!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS!! Read the recent reviews for yourself...they continue to scam people. The "Good" reviews were written by their own team, most obviously all fake. BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!"

SCAM - BEWARE OF BILLING

"YOU CLAIMED YOU WERE AFFILIATED WITH MICROSOFT AND SAID YOU COULD DO A ONE TIME COMPUTER REPAIR AT 3:43PM ON 01/07/2017 FOR $149.95.

I PAID FOR THE ONE TIME FIX FOR MY COMPUTER – YOU CLAIMED TO HAVE COMPLETED THE REPAIR BUT I HAD TO CALL YOU BACK THE NEXT DAY AND EXPLAINED THAT YOU HAD NOT COMPLETED THE REPAIR. THE REPAIR WAS EVENTUALLY COMPLETED ON THE SECOND ATTEMPT AFTER ANOHER $50.00 (NO RECEIPT FOR THAT CHARGE-NO IDEA WHAT THAT CHARGE IS FOR).

TO MY KNOWLEDGE WE WERE DONE – CASE CLOSED.
I HAD NO IDEA THAT YOUR TECH LIED AND THAT YOU WERE NOT AFFILIATED WITH MICROSOFT.
I HAVE NO IDEA WHO OWNS YOU NOW OR WHO YOU ARE AFFILIATED WITH.
MY TECHNICIAN IN JANUARY 2017 FOR THE ONE TIME FIX WAS LOCATED IN INDIA.

I DO NOT REVIEW MY BANK STATEMENTS FOR SMALL CHARGES BUT NOTICED THE CHARGE ON AUGUST 6, 2021.
I THOUGHT IT WAS MICROSOFT OR SOMETHING AS I USE MICROSOFT OUTLOOK SOFTWARE.
HAD I KNOWN IT WAS THE COMPANY WHO DID MY FIX AND MISREPRESENTED THEMSELVES AS BEING AFFILIATED WITH MICROSOFT IN 2017 AND YOU DECIDED TO START BILLING ME ONE YEAR AFTER THE REPAIR AND CONTINUE TO DO THIS FOR OVER 3 and 1/2 YEARS FRAUDULANTLY I WOULD HAVE STOPPED IT IMMEDIATELY.
IT NEVER OCCURRED TO ME THAT ANYONE WOULD START CHARGING ME MONTHLY ONE YEAR AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED AND DO THIS FOR YEARS FOR A ONE TIME FIX – WHICH I HAVE IN WRITING FROM YOU!

I CALLED MY PHONE SUPPORT ON AUGUST 6th, AND 9th AND SPOKE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ASKED WHO THEY WERE AND WHY THE CHARGE.
MIKE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID IT WAS A MONTHLY CHARGE THAT STARTED IN JANUARY 2018 AND IT WAS AN ERROR AND THEY WOULD RECTIFY THE SITUATION.
I ASKED HOW THEY COULD START A MONTHLY CHARGE FOR A ONE TIME FIX ONE YEAR AFTER THEY COMPLETED THE ONE TIME FIX.
IN MARCH 2018 YOU CHANGED THE NAME OF THE MONTHLY CHARGE TO SAFECART.
IN JULY 2018 YOU CHANGED THE NAME OF THE MONTHLY CHARGE BACK TO MY PHONE SUPPORT.
OBVIOUSLY YOU WERE TRYING TO HIDE WHAT YOU WERE DOING BY SWITCHING NAMES BACK AND FORTH AND WAITING ONE YEAR TO START CHARGING ME MONTHLY.
VERY ODD BEHAVIOR FOR A COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE TRYING TO PAD YOUR BOOKS DURING A POSSIBLE SALE TO MAKE YOUR CLIENT LIST LOOK LARGER TO A NEW PRESPECTIVE BUYER….INTERSTING…THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED – A COINCIDENCE I AM SURE!

I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR ON AUGUST 6th – NO LUCK.
I WAS TOLD THEY DID NOT WORK AFTER 5PM ON FRIDAY AND TO CALL BACK MONDAY-FRIDAY BETWEEN 8AM-5PM.

I CALLED BACK ON MONDAY AUGUST 9th AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR.
JOYCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID NO – I COULD GIVE HER THE INFORMATION AND A SUPERVISOR WOULD CONTACT ME.
I WAITED ALL DAY AND YESTERDAY AND TODAY AND NO ONE CONTACTED ME.

I FINALLY REALIZED THAT NO ONE WOULD EVER CALL ME BACK.
I CHECKED ON NUMEROUS CONSUMER WEBSITES AND I REPEATEDLY SAW SIMILAR COMPLAINTS ABOUT YOU MISREPRESENTING YOURSELVES AS BEING AFFILIATED WITH MICROSOFT AND BILLING PAST THE ONE TIME CHARGE:

+NOT BEING ABLE TO GET THROUGH TO ANYONE IN MANAGEMENT
+MONTHLY BILLING STARTING ONE YEAR AFTER YOU COMPLETED YOUR REPAIR AND DOING THIS FOR YEARS WHEN I AGREED ONLY TO A ONE TIME FIX – IN WRITING FROM THEM
+CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT COMPLAINTS
+WAIT TIMES ON HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES
+NO REAL ANSWERS

I AM REQUESTING A REFUND FOR UNAUTHORIZED MONTHLY BILLING STARTING IN JANUARY 2018 (ONE YEAR AFTER A ONE TIME FIX) THRU AUGUST 2021.

HOW HARD CAN IT BE TO REFUND MY MONEY WHEN I ONLY PAID FOR A ONE TIME FIX AND THE EMAIL THAT STATES A ONE TIME FIX AND THE EMAIL CAME FROM MY PHONE SUPPORT?
OBVIOUSLY NO ONE COULD KEEP TRACK OF THE NAME CHANGING AND IMAGINE THAT A COMPANY WOULD START CHARGING A MONTHLY FEE FOR ONE PROJECT THAT HAPPENED 12 MONTHS BEFORE.
SCARY THOUGHT THAT ANYONE WOULD BE SO UNSCRUPULOUS TO START BILLING FOR SOMETHING YOU BOUGHT AND THEN WAIT A FULL YEAR TO START BILLING MONTHLY IN SECRET.

Just your usual Indian Callcenter, of course "verified Microsoft partners", to offer you imaginary products like "software warranty plans" and really just to put their arms deep down your wallet to make easy money by talking to, preferrably, naive tech-newbies.
Don't expect them to fix anything, and even if it may seem like that, they simply portray things in a way it might seem real to a person who doesn't know anything - or not much - about computers, to get you to pay for their unfortunate lives. You may check out several videos on YouTube with example calls and/or site reviews on other websites.
Please don't waste your money on them, you can rather just burn it.

My Phone Support

"I thought that this was a reputable company. I just found out about this fraud. I paid them for a two year contract. Now they keep calling me about suspicious activity on my computer. When I answered the phone I could not get rid of this man. He wouldn't do anything unless I gave him my checking account number---I didn't and hung up. I knew when he kept dropping the price that it was a scam. "

Tech Support Scam | Read

"This is a tech support scam. They lead you into buying services you don't need. This is a basic tech support scam but found in ads and web results and not pop-ups. Bitdefender detects this as Phishing before you enter the site. (If you have it) The site is also Not Secure as found in the left side of your screen near the url bar. This site requires you to manually type https:// to get to the "secure site" but I still wouldn't trust that as most sites auto redirect to the secure site. This is a utmost scam and is untrustworthy. Please do not fall for the fake reviews as they are boted or paid reviews. "
