Maybe, initially the original technician did not use the correct name of printer or looked for the incorrect not specific driver?? Maybe, more specific questions should of been asked. I gave them the ENVY HP 3350 series but it was actually the HP envy 5530 e-All in one series.
And of course it doesn't help that I don't know that much regarding computers so that probably compounded the issue.
