"My experience finds that purchasing product through the internet is relatively speaking,okay. However, in some cases the buying experience is outstanding and deserves the recognition. My Publisher is one of the few that deserve your business. The product, ease of use and purchase, the value, and the service are as positve as any can be. I found only one fault: The inability to dialogue by phone. However, not critical to their system. I strongly endorse their product purchase and experience for anyone.

"I placed the order for my book at 2:00 a.m. on Monday morning March 3rd and received my book at 3:30 p.m.on Wednesday March 5th. It was also shipped from the U.S. to Canada so customs was involved in the process. Unbelievable service.
I had done extensive research on the web and finally decided on MyPublisher after reading reviews like this one. I will admit I was a little nervous at the outset but the book was so easy to put together it took no time at all.
My expectations were rather low and I was prepared to be disappointed and had a Plan B in place in case this did not work out. Well, needless to day it DID work out much better than I could have hoped for.
It was a present for my wife on my daughter's first birthday and was supposed to be a surprise. Well , when the book arrived I just had to show it to her because I was so impressed by the quality. Her first reaction was surprise and then she started to cry. It was very emotional. She was amazed that I could put something like this together. I'm not going to tell her how easy it was just yet. She may as well think I slaved over the book for weeks. It does look very professional.
One thing that impressed me most was how you were kept in the loop at all times. They e-mailed me a confirmation as soon as the order was placed as well as the option to cancel the order within the first hour. Impressive. Then they let me know the book was in production and after this they told me that the book had been sent. I was always aware of what was happening with my book.
The software they provide is pretty well idiot proof. I say this because if I can use it, pretty well anyone will be able to figure it out.
I have already ordered a few more books from them and would not hesitate to recommend this company in the future. Good luck with your photo books.
