"This was an incredible bargain. I purchased a b stock Fender Jaguar for $500. The finish has one little blemish in it, but the guitar plays unbelievably. I paid a little extra for shipping and was very pleased. I ordered Tuesday afternoon, it was here Thursday (Indiana to Duluth, MN). I will purchase from this site again."

"I placed an order on Oct 2nd, using their own Music123 credit card. It's the 9th now, and the status still says "Processing." Customer service is very polite, but can't help. They say heavy items (loudspeakers) are shipped from another warehouse, which probably means it's being shipped by a dropshipper. Therefore they can't tell you if it's been shipped, when it's going to be shipped, whether or not they even have it or it's sold out! The only response was "call back in 48 hours." Well, that will be the 11th, 9 days after the order has been placed. And it's not like they will have it shipped by then. They "might" know what happened to the order. But most likely they won't have any new information.
The only reason I bought the speakers from this company was the good financing option. If you don't need financing, don't ever buy from them. Go with www.samedaymusic.com (same as www.zZounds.com). They guarantee that if your order is not shipped by the next business day, you'll get $50 cash. And the customer service is more responsive. Also if you absolutely have to buy something from Music123, don't count on getting any sort of help online. They do NOT reply emails. You have to call... and probably call... and call... and call.

"I ordered 3 times from here. Twice for mics and they were shipped promptly and everything went well. I was happy with the order. The third time i ordered which was my recent order in August 17th. I ordered an ESP guitar and some cases which came to about 500. Well i ordered it on Sunday evening and it looked like my credit card was billed immediately but they didn't ship the item till Thursday or Friday. Almost 4 or 5 days after the order ! I called them up and they really seemed to have no real excuse or try to make up for the mistake by maybe lowering the shipping fee something. They also said some times is taken up to inspect my guitar and make sure it's all good and i was like... wait... i ordered a new guitar. I don't want anyone opening a factory sealed guitar !... there's more chance they would scratch it up. So i was not a happy camper. I got the guitar and it was packaged with a cardboard piece at the neck and somebubble wrap at the bottom ot the body. Not packaged too well. I saw scratches on the lower back of the body near the neck where it's juts out. It was very minor and didnt' scratch the paint but i was still not happy about it. The neck also seemed like there was a tiny hairline crack where it was connected to the body. I think it will be fine. But this put a bad taste in my experience. I have to say they are about as good as Musician's Friend. So far, i haven't had problems with ZZOUNDS.COM. They are fast delivery and the lowest prices. I can't say anything about their service cuz i never had to return or complain about anything."

"After search the web, I ordered from this vendoe since they offer free shipping if purchase over $99. Unfortunately, the guitar that they sent to me was suspicious to have some defect. I took the guitar to local Guitar Center store and the guys at the store recommended me to return the guitar (they did not know that I did not buy from them) because the built-in pickup is not lound as the same model that they have in store. Something must be wrong with the pickup. However, it's not clearly defect. So, I returned the guitar. What happened next is they charge me back for their shipping cost (instead of free shipping) for $20! I called Customer Service...very bad customer service if you have problem. She told me that it would be free shipping if I don't return!!! How about 30 days Satisfaction Guarantee? It's useless. I will not buy from this vendor anymore. Moreover, I have to keep 5 set of guitar stings that I planned tto use with that guitar. It costs me about $110 and I got nothing!! only sets of strings that I could not return (even they have not been opened). And for their price, it's just average (the guitar I bought has the same price as in local Guitar Center store)as Musicianfreinds or other webs...not cheap. Be careful with them. For me, one time is enough."

"well. what can i say...this was my third time purchasing at this website and i am really....hmmmm what's the best way to say it, ah here- PI$$ED OFF!!! previos two times had been fine, order was processed and shiped promptly, with correct quantities and contents, however this time, those@#$%ing )(*&^%holes decided to mess everything up: after i placed an order. it got processed within few minutes, and website showed "now shipping" as a status of the order...i was happy...by the end of next day nothing happened and so third day passed and it was still"shipping" that's when i called them and after spending half an hour, trying to understand what really did they &^$@# up they told me that paper work was lost, that they had to recharge the order and bunch of other b/s...that exchang of bs went on for a few days, and at my ninth day i just canceled an order and ordered my bass at musiciansfriend.com"
