"Mushkin makes the best quality memory modules I know of. Better yet, they are backed by a superb sales/support staff! I've purchased twice from Mushkin and will definitely purchase again.
Price: Although the prices are a bit higher than other memory manufacturers, you can usually find special deals which will alleviate some of the pricing pains.
Customer Service/Sales: I had a question about the lifetime warranty on their memory modules, so I sent an email with my question. Within minutes (probably 3 minutes total) I had an answer in my inbox.
The website could be improved, as it is not entirely user friendly (although doesn't hinder my attempt to purchase.) I would suggest a re-design of the entire website to better facilitate users' needs.
Packaging/Shipping: As everyone else has mentioned, the packaging is very unique! I will never be concerned about the memory module's safety in shipping. FedEx shipping is fast! Mushkin is smart in choosing FedEx as their shipping partner.
Tech Support: I was having problems with my system, and I couldn't pin down the source of the problem. I exchanged a number of emails, and Bruce and Michael at Mushkin were able to give me suggestions.
Mushkin offered to replace the memory module, just so I could rule out the possibility of bad RAM (whether the RAM was or was not the cause of the problems.) Sure enough, the RAM was sour. The replacement works great!
One gripe... If you decide to return a module for replacement, and the billing/shipping address did not match (on your original order), Mushkin will not cross-ship (due to security reasons.) I would hope Mushkin develops a verification process that allows them to cross-ship under these circumstances.

"When I built my last PC, I wanted to go with the "best of the best" for my RAM, and that was reportedly Mushkin. I ordered two sticks of 512 mb PC2100 High Performance CL2 RAM from them. When the package arrived, I opened it to find my RAM modules suspended in an air bladder! Are you kidding me?!? That packaging rates a WOW factor of 10! Anyone that ever claims that Mushkin doesn't package their items well is smokin' some serious wacky tabacky! I have purchased RAM from other companies and have been very satisfied with them... but never again! I will alway be a lifelong Mushkin supporter!"
