"Thank you for writing so many reviews on here. I was about the place an order for a sheave today and noticed the shipping costs were supposed to be free but were $115.71 in the shopping cart. I was able to "chat" with a sales rep who assured me that they would adjust the shipping to free, but based on the reviews on Reseller Ratings I decided to shop elsewhere. If the sales rep really wanted to help, the individual would have went into my shopping cart and adjusted the shipping to $0 as advertised.
