"I was looking for aGrundfos pump for hot water recirculation. I found one on mro Supply with the exact picture of what I wanted. So I ordered one exactly as shown with the picture. I paid $312. after one week I received the wrong and cheaper product by $50. I tried to contact them but they never responded to my phone calls. I sent them an email with a picture of the product as they advertised it on their website and the picture of what I received but they ignored my email finally they sent me an email saying they would want to me to return that product but with preconditions that I will have to pay more to return. This meant I will have to pay more with no guarantees that they will return that product. They have a well-thought-out scam going on. stay away from them. "

"On 11/28 I ordered 6 items from the website, all made by Lubriplate. After I placed the order, I noticed that I had ordered the wrong part number for one of the items. I called, and since the order had not been started yet, Steven was able to make the change. Great so far. The charge change request was received from Paypal which I approved. On 11/29 I received a call and was informed that 4 of the 6 items that I ordered were not available because they did not have stock and Lubriplate only ships cases, not individual containers. If that is the situation, individual containers should not show as available if there is nothing in stock, or better yet, the case should be ordered and my request for an individual container should be filled. In the future, the case availability and price should be separated from the individual container availability and price. Also, I have received no shipping information on the two items that I was told were available. So far I am not impressed. "
