I needed a tire on a Sunday and between some shops being closed and others being too busy to accept my business that day, I tried my local Mr. Tire for the first time ever. And while I hope I don't need to purchase any tires again real soon ;) I will certainly be a repeat customer when I DO need one or more tires. Jason who was up front handling customers was friendly and knowledgeable, and the shop had a variety of tires at differing specs and price points to choose from. And that included one that was perfect for both my Mustang GT as well as my budget.

"Hello. I've recently used your services and was, subsequently, overcharged for an incorrect diagnosis, and informed that I need repairs that, as it turned out, did not exist. After consulting another repair service, I was informed that I was being ripped off by Mr. Tire, and that I did not need a radiator replacement as I'd been informed. My issue was solved by the other repair service within minutes, and my car functions properly. Here is a copy of the Google review:

I went in for an oil change and a quick heater check, I walked out with a $186.00 bill...with still nothing but an oil change done! To make matters worse, I believe I was given false information about a needed repair, so this is an investigation in progress. In the meantime, FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE!

"Mr. Tire in Smyrna did wonders with my car and were very reasonable. Great customer service from drop off to pick up with very friendly, knowledgeable technicians. I Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I received a call when it was in process of several optional services that were recommended due to mileage (I drive 200+ miles a day to and from work). They gave me great pricing and were not pushy letting me know what they definitely suggested should be done sooner than later and what was not so necessary and could wait. After all was said and done, I picked up my van and it runs great. I highly recommend and will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks!"

"My son and I are new to PA and needed to get my son's car registered in PA and also needed a state inspection and emissions test. I live 4 hours away from Pittsburgh and thought I called the location closest to my son when I spoke with Brad at the McKnight Road location. Brad immediately impressed me when he answered my call quickly and professionally. He not only answered my questions but took it upon himself to search for the Mr. Tire location that was actually closest to my son (the one on McKnight Road). Brad also explained, step by step, the steps necessary for us to get my son's car registered in PA. The information Brad provided saved a ton of time for us! The location that was closest to my son in Bridgeville. We worked with Erik at the Bridgeville location and were equally impressed! When I mentioned our awesome experience with Brad at the McKnight Road location, Erik immediately spoke highly of Brad and how knowledgeable Brad is, etc. When Erik was done praising Brad, I told Erik that I was equally impressed with his location and his professionalism.
