"Last weekend, I took in my Hyundai Elantra for a noise that I couldn't place. Even though the store was busy on the weekend, the Assistant Manager, Al, was very friendly and did a great job fitting me in so that they could figure out the issue for me right away. Once they looked at my car, Al did a great job of explaining the issue with my emergency brake shoes to my father-in-law and I so that we could understand. When they went in to fix it, they found that my rotors were damaged due to my brake pads being worn down (which I knew about). Al gave me a customer discount and was very helpful with bringing down the cost so that I could get all the brake issues fixed for the most cost-effective price. He even offered to take a quick look at my father-in-law's tires for free while we waited. When we got the car back, the noise was gone! Al told me to bring in my car anytime I needed them to take a quick look in the future. I will definitely be coming back for their amazing customer service, thanks again Al!"
