Slow as a turtle will not drop ship

"Every time I order from this company it takes a couple weeks to get my parts they never stock anything that I Order although it's on the website to order and pay for but then all of a sudden goes into awaiting fulfillment they order from somewhere else wait for it to come in then send it to me a week later call costing me $ 300 Or more and lost work every time I get apart from this company if they could learn how to drop ship a package it sure would save me Tom frustration money and in one case a customer that I lost because it took too long to get my mower running again"

Return policy

"My 16 year old son bought a part and paid 17.92 for it including the shipping. Was incorrect part and was only reimbursed 6.38. They don't reimburse shipping and charge a restocking fee. We will never purchase from this company again.

Price On Website Means Nothing

"Searched the web looking for a price on a Kohler motor and their price was almost the same as other, but their shipping was cheaper so I ordered the motor. The immediately took my money but after a few days I e-mailed to check status. I was informed that the cost of the motor went from $2,100 to $2,700 and shipping went from $15.00 to $175.00 this after I e-mailed to check status. Looks like this is a 1 man mom and pop operation that doesn't upday their priciing and doesn't stand behind their published prices or policies?"

Shop elsewhere

"I was told I would get a refund in full for returning a part I ordered. It was $10.90 shipped to me. Once they received the brand new, unopened part back they refunded me $4.90. I paid that much just to ship it back to them. Terrible way to do business. Not to mention how long it took to receive this in stock item. Spend your money at a more reputable company."

Neg 5 stars ( they should be called nopart because they take your money and send you no part lol

"Horrible, they use COVID as excuse just like everyone else, they sell parts they do not even have or cannot even get, oh but they take your money in 5 seconds and screw you around forever they will not answer phone, tell me you really can’t have someone answer the phone they could be at there house and do customer service there is an answer for everything but these people just take your money forever and you get nothing in return it has been a month now no money back and no part, that’s what they should be called no part because you get no part "

Charged me for item that was backordered

"Placed an order for Grasshopper mower blades and received an email within 24hrs that the part is on backorder. I responded to them immediately and asked them to cancel the order since I needed new blades asap. Looked at my bank account 2 days later and they had charged me for the blades. I responded to the original email requesting an immediate refund. It has now been 3 days and I have not received a credit for an order that never shipped."

3 weeks and no product

"Placed an order on 5/27 and still have not received my product. Called and recorded message says to email as the customer support staff has all been moved to the shipping department. Sent 2 emails with no reply. They were quick to collect the cost of my order but Extremely Terrible at shipping or replying about my order!"

Received the wrong part!!

"Received the wrong part after the customer service person recommended the part. I explained to him it would be plastic gears going into metal gears. I bought them, notified them of what had happened. After much, much, much discussion and emailing, nothing has been resolved..............my loss!! Sorry to say Covid19, undoubtedly is a factor in what happened. I believe the outcome "may" have been handled a little differently............although I still don't have the correct wheels."
