"I have had a great experience working with mowpart.com. I also have a business of my own; I have had numerous parts shipped from mowpart. If an issue ever arrived I simply talked with Shirley who helped me out tremendously. I would also like to applaud their parts personnel. They have made my job quite a bit easier with trying to find parts... I have also come to realization that any issues can and have been resolved in a very timely manner."

"I tried to order a deck assembly for my toro zero turn. The price was $455 on the website and it said orders over $80.01 qualifies for free shipping. I'm thinking great!! Also get 10% off for liking them on facebook. Even Better I thought! I didn't order because they said they would price match, again on their website...Cool! I found the same deck for $413.95 on lawnmowerpros.com. With all the benefits that mowpart has to offer I thought I would give them my business. I sent a request and in a timely manner I received a reply stating "I am speaking with our IT guys now. I can't get our special pricing to work. As soon as they get back with me i will e able to change the price for you"(actual message). Ok 5 days later I still haven't heard anything, red flag #1, I emailed "whats the status? I need to move forward with this! (actual message) no reply so I called and after that I receive a message saying "I have approved the price match They also charge a shipping rate of $41.40" red flag #2. So by time I get this mowpart price has jumped to $499.95 I get my 10% off so $449.95. Wow I get to save $6. I called and was told this, "our shipping rates vary due to weight" ok I can understand that. "We don't know the actual shipping until you have placed your order" ok, but your website says free shipping over $80.01. subject to weight. Also the checkout calculates your shipping and tax. Guess what it still said it was free!! Shirley tried to tell that once you place your order that they would call you back due to shipping rates. I call bs on that!!! They have it set up to see your shipping charges in the checkout like other sites do! Then I was told "we don't want to lose money", well who doesn't but who doesn't want to save money? If they offer a deal, discounts then they should honor it! I'm a business man and have my own company so I know the ropes. In the end with the price match of $413.95 -%10 =$372.55 plus free shipping! Hell yeah!! ok maybe even add the $42 shipping Total is still $414.55. They didn't match and give me a discount I'm not trying to screw these people but if I can save $42 I'm going to save $42! After all this I spent the extra $6 and I am a week behind where I should be. I haven't had an order before and was excited to do business with them but this uncertainty will not get my business! I expressed my concerns with them and told them I would let others know. I would not personally do business with them.

"Order two belts for my tractor, paid for both and for one day delivery. Received only one belt, emailed and call customer service. They said they will investigate. Have not heard anything back from them. They should be able know from the weight that only one belt was shipped. First time using Mowpart, and so far not impressed. If I hear back from them and the extra belt is shipped I will update my review. "

"On October 27th I ordered 5 part numbers. 30 minutes later i received an e-mail stating that the order was on hold because 4 of the part numbers were on back order and it would be 3 to 5 weeks for the parts. I canceled the order and still have not received a refund. I called them today and they said they would proccess the refund in another week or two. I ordered the same parts from MTD and had them in just a few days. "

"My first time shopping @ mowpart.com. Parts I needed were for my Toro Snowblower:
Bottom Scraper blade and side skid blades.

Placed my order on Sept 4 2011.It took them about 6 working business days to process my order. I received items on Sept 15 2011.
Items were very well packaged. I'm a little concerned how long it took them to process my order but, It doesn't mean I wont shop here again.There's a good chance I might shop here again if needed.

"Yesterday about noon I placed an order for two Gator Fusion mower blades and a belt. I ordered by the manufacturers' part numbers. About 9:00 AM this morning, the FedEx guy rang the bell and there was my order.

I was actually a bit reluctant to order from Mowpart.com since there weren't many ratings on resellerratings.com, and a few that were there were negative. I figured since I was in Texas about 100 miles away, I could always drive up there if there was a problem, so I went ahead and placed the order. I'm pleased to have received exactly what I ordered and at blistering speed, and about the best price I could find on the blades (even including TX sales tax).

Only other comment just in case it matters to anyone: the ordering system said the order would be shipped UPS Ground, but it came FedEx. I really didn't care one way or the other, but in the past FedEx couldn't find my house on a rural route when UPS could.

I'll definitely give these guys a chance next time I need mower belts/blades/parts.

"Ordered a shaft and gear assembly for an Ariens st824. Nothing received after two weeks. Called and spoke to Scott said it was on backorder. Called week later Scott said didn't know when it would be in I cancelled the order. Promised me a full refund. Called a week later no record of refund call secretary finally straightened it out. Calls were never returned by Scott even though he promised to return them. Item showed as available during this entire time. Customer service is marginal at best."

"I needed two new front wheels for my Sears front drive propelled mower (model# 917.377150). Through Sears Parts Direct, they were going to set me back $27.59 each! I did some research and found that these tires (part# 193144) are the same as AYP# 150340, so I checked Froogle and found them for $8.86 through MOWPART.COM. Since both tires + shipping were cheaper than just a single tire through Sears, I didn't have much to lose and ordered them Wednesday, June 18. As a bonus, no sales tax because they're in Texas while I'm in Georgia.

Much to my surprise, a box with the tires arrived on my door step today, Friday, June 20. The tires installed in less than 10 minutes, and I'm ready to mow tomorrow. Great prices, fast shipping, and no hassle. They'll get my business again.

"Ordered two John Deere riding mower STX38
deck spindles...the two spindles they sent FedEx
...were two inches +/- too tall...mounting holes were fine...but top belt/pullies were too
wide in diameter...strong possibility mowpart.com will charge me a 20% restocking fee for their mistake...hope this review saves other online
shoppers a hassle...the part pictured
on the mowpart.com website does not match the
John Deere riding mower STX38 part number...go to
google images and type STX38 if you want to see
what riding mower I'm writing about.
