"Mountain Rose has many excellent products available. However, they are painfully slow in filling and shipping the orders. I will be forced to find another supplier that doesn't take 10-12 days to ship out my order. Those 10-12 days do not include shipping. That is just to pull and fill my order. I wish I would have known this in advance. I used to use the regularly and forgot why I switched vendors. Now I remember. They are painfully slow and shipping costs are high. "

"It was 9 days after I placed my order before they even shipped it, and I received my order on day 18. I have no idea why it takes so long. I’ve never had to pay shipping for any of my other products at any of my other vendors, so I expected this to have been shipped and made it here much sooner since I had to pay for the shipping. Will not be using them again. I don’t see how the herbs can still be fresh and not ruined/spoiled by the heat after sitting in a delivery truck for over a week. I’ve never had anything take so long to process and so slow in transit. They really need to step it up with the quality. I’ve heard others complain about this but I was willing to give them a chance. I and my clientele will support other businesses with better customer service and better practices. "
