"Outstanding customer service! I recently purchased a bicycle mount for my new auto/bicycle GPS. I ordered the mount on-line, and was impressed that the order went thru immediately.

However, after looking closely at the purchase order, I realized that I made a typo when I typed in my address for delivery. I live in a huge apartment complex and I was worried that my typo would be a problem and delay delivery of my GPS mount.

I wrote the Mount Guys a quick email explaining my ordering error, and they immediately responded by canceling my first (erroneous) order and placing an order with the correct address at my request.

This company is very responsive and works quickly. I plan to buy another mount from them for my boat GPS. Great job Guys!

"I've purchased two items from mountguys.com and would be very happy to do it again. As an international customer in Australia, I was very impressed by the standard of customer service provided to me by mountguys.com. They answered my vague questions clearly and most importantly, very quickly. Postage was pretty quick too.

"When it comes to customer service, Mount Guys is #1. I recently ordered a couple car vent mounts for my GPS. Within hours of the order, I received notification that my order was packed and shipped. Wow!!! Talk about service. You can't beat that.

When I received the car vents, one of the vents were missing the mounting arms from the manufacturer. I emailed Mount Guys, who immediately responded and sent the mount arms out immediately. Within a day or so, the arms were sitting in my mailbox.

Bottom line - They have earned me as a customer and will have my highest recommendation to anyone that needs a mounting solution.

"Great prices and OUTSTANDING customer service. I accidently made a duplicate order and was unable to delete it. Mountguys responded to my email about the problem, (that I created), the same day and immediately deleted the duplicate order with zero hassle.

Shipping was quick and I received exactly what I ordered a few days later. My visa was billed automatically, but the charges for the second accidental order were reversed the same day.

I would recommend MountGuys.com without hesitation for their prices, service and products. Very low hassle factor.

"I ordered a couple of mounts, one suction and the other a vent mount for my TT XLS. Item was shipped next day. Very reasonable shipping to Canada and arrived a week later. Couldn't be happier. I like the fact the mounts have a Tom Tom attachment instead of a generic squeeze type.

"The guys at this store really take care of the customer from the initial purchase and as I have learned of late, provided excellent after sales service.

Some time ago I had purchased a mount for my GPS. I did not realize that a very small part was missing. The mount worked fine but it was not unitl I purchased another that I realized what had happened. I contacted the store to try and purchase just the part rather than buy another mounting unit. What they did was send me the part to include another to replace the current one holding the mount on (should it have weakened), without cost.

I recommend these guys highly. If you have any situation where you need to mount something, they pretty much have every kind and every configuration out there. Fast shipping reasonable cost but most importantly, they offer the best customer service bar none.

"What a great product and fast shipping!

I got my wife a Sirius cup holder mount for her Volvo, and she loves it. It had been mounted to the air vent, and just having it there made the interior look awful. The cup holder mount looks almost flush, like it was meant to be there, and all the wires are easily tucked away under the seat. I compliment mountguys.com for selling a quality hard to find product at a great price.

"The folks at MIO GPS refered me to these folks to buy a replacement mount and holder for my GPS. I went to the website and without any hassle or confusion identified the correct setup for my GPS.
Ordering it was extremely simple and their feedback at every step (including acknowledgement, tracking number and a thank you note) was super. The assembly arived promptly and worked perfectly, unlike many other companies' wares which are only "allegedly" made to match your equipment. I highly recommend the "guys" for any aftermarket inquiries.

"I ordered a motorcycle mount for my Harley and ended up ordering the wrong mount.
Due to my business I had to go out of town. After returning I contacted the Mount Guys and was given a return auth. # right away. I shipped the item back weeks after receiving it along with a check for the difference. I received a notice that the old one was received and the new one will be shipped. The entire transaction has been great. Good fast communication and very good customer service. I usually do not post reviews unless the service from the company is exceptional. Being in business myself I feel this company is by far very customer service friendly. I've recommended them to friends and will buy again.

"I ordered an Arkon mount for my Tomtom 920 GPS. Received a sale confirmation and then a shipped confirmation very very quickly. Received the item a couple of days later. So far so good. The mount I purchased has a suction cup which doesn't stick to anything. It won't stick to the windshield, it won't stick to the dashboard disk, nothing! The suction cup is made of thick blue plastic and I also notice that the mount has the words Magellan inscribed on it not Arkon. I contact Arkon directly and they tell me this is an Arkon mount but if you order from us, the unit does not say Magellan it says Arkon and the suction cup is not blue. So it looks like Mount Guys are selling overstocks and not first quality.

Anyway, I contact Mount Guys. At first they answered my email very quickly. When I finally asked for an RMA number, they became silent. After the second request, I get the RMA number and they tell me they will not refund my shipping charges.

Now mind you the item they sent is defective and of questionable workmanship and quality but they are not going to refund the shipping. The mount was $11.88 and the shipping $6.95. Now assuming they are fair and don't profit on shipping, it will cost me $6.95 to send it back! $11.88 - $6.95 = $4.93 actual refund. Obviously they overcharge for shipping so return shipping would be less but you get my point. When I questioned them, no reply again.

I paid by paypal and filed a complaint but paypal doesn't care as long as the vendor sends you something even if it is not as ordered.

So, I am stuck with this worthless piece of junk. Mount Guys made some money on me but it is they that have to live with themselves. There are lots of honest merchants selling real first quality products who stand by what they sell. Just remember that before you buy from Mount Guys.

"EVERY COMPANY PROMISES GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE-THIS ONE ACTUALLY MEANS IT. This company has GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! The pricing is great. We purchased a Garmin complete vent mount assembly and a carrying case for our Garmin Nuvi 650 GPS. The vent mount assembly had an incorrect part in it. I emailed the Mount Guys late at night hoping to get a response in a day or two and much to my surprise I received an answer[not auto reply] that night. The Mount Guys were very courteous in their communications with me to figure out what parts I needed-they shipped them to me right away with a postage paid in advance container to send the wrong part back. It was a pleasure to deal with a company that is professional and has high integrity. I give the Mount Guys my Highest Recommendation!!!"

"was unable to do an online order...phoned the order in with all of my info...the order was taken over the phone and i had a confirmation of the order in 45 min...i received a usps tracking # and shipment notification in less than two hours...it doesn't get any better than that...thanks !..."
