"Ordered several parts online as the prices were mostly better than other online retailers. Received a prompt email response confirming the order and was billed immediately. Over next weeks sent a few emails requesting an order status update, no response. After more than 2 weeks, I initiated a Paypal complaint and finally that prompted a response. Turns out one of the items was backordered and was holding up the entire order, but this was never communicated. During a phone conversation I asked for the order to be split up, sending all but the one backordered item. Items finally arrived almost 3 weeks after placing order. After another week, with little confidence in company and being tired of waiting I asked for the remaining item cost to just be refunded in a message on the Paypal complaint. The response to this written message took 2 days, and said they would refund but that would require closing the complaint. Whether or not that was in fact true I don't know but I did mostly because I was tired of dealing with such awful communication. Another 2 days go by and I had to again call them on the phone, and the agent said they would process the refund and that I should receive a Paypal email notification of the refund shortly. At this point I ordered the part from another source. 2 days later I receive an email stating not that the order has been refunded, but rather that the order has shipped from MoparPartsOverstock. Not what I asked for. Meantime the same part I have been waiting for from MoparPartsOverstock, that I ordered from another source, arrives. The next day the MoparPartsOverstock part arrives. Awesome. In summary: Prices slightly better overall. Communication is awful. Follow through is awful. Parts took forever. Did not do what I asked for. Buyer beware, hopefully YRMV "
"Was not informed when ordering part that the part would initially have to be shipped to them and would take 2 weeks before it shipped to me. The pricing was fair but my local dealer could have had it for me in one business day and would have cost me $5 more. Will not order from again because I would rather pay more money to get my parts promptly than to wait 3 weeks for something that I need ASAP to drive my vehicle. "

"The flag on the lower shock mount flag nut on my truck is spinning (broke).
I bought these two to replace the broken one and have a spare.
I received the two flag nuts and on one of them, the flag was already loose.
The flag was even over the swedges that are meant to hold it in tightly in place.
I guess I will either braze or weld the flags on. Flag nuts are really good ideas especially in tight places where you can't get a wrench on the nut. However if the nut is allowed to turn in the flag, they aren't worth the weight of the scrap metal."

My build was put on hold for 3 weeks because I ordered parts from these people. It states most ordered are shipped 2-5 days. Some special parts 14 days. My stuff took 3 weeks to ship. I called last week to see what was going on with my order. I get told on Wednesday my order was shipped monday. I get an email Friday saying my order was just shipped. So if you can wait a month to get parts from “this company” then go ahead. If not use their diagram and go on eBay to find the part you need. I mean really it doesn’t take 3 weeks to ship some bolts!!! The have lost all my business from me."
