"I purchased what I thought was a (rear wiper blade and ARM) for a 1st gen Durango. They didn't send me the ARM as stated in the description. I paid $26.15 for a wiper blade that I could of got for $10.00 at AA. I called and complained and the gentleman I spoke with blamed Mopar or Chrysler for the description blunder. Lets get it together over there, folks! "

"Everything was great, not! Put in my vehicle information and ordered the part. According to them everything was a factory fit. Part number matched to what was sent. However it was for the wrong make. I have a Jeep Renegadeparts were for a Dodge Ram. Had to pay out of pocket for return shipping. On top of what I already paid for. Two weeks later I just got my refund original price plus shipping for the wrong part was $106 and change plus the 13 for return shipping. They refunded me $87. Website was wrong, and when u called they were not helpful at all. Other than trying to get me the right part according to them. Tried to explain that there website was wrong, Frank the guy that was sorry enough to answer the phone wanted me to pay another 106 to order the right part. Receive it and ship the wrong one back at my cost. I will never order parts from them again, and will not recommend anyone to them for there parts needs"

Horrible customer service. I ordered a part that came in wrong. Not my fault of me misordering. The part itself was wrong. So I asked to sent it back as it’s the wrong part and the gentleman on the phone said no problem at all we will issue you a return in a couple business days. Well I just checked and they charged me a $30 restocking fee. FOR A PART THAT THEY SCREWED UP ON... this is rediculous. **** that people still operate businesses like this. "
