"Ordered a tailgate trim piece, website was confusing about description, also freight was more than what the product cost, and I have ordered these before and the product is very light, shipping charges normally are way less than what they were charging, I think they could possibly be over charging for freight, tried to cancel the order only hours after it was placed, they say too late to cancel and if I sent it back after receiving it would be a 15% cancelation fee, what kind of business does that? not a customer oriented one, but more of a fly by night one, even if the package was unopened, they know very well they could have canceled the order after only a few hours, they do this because they are greedy, I will never buy another part from this place and will be reporting their unorthodox business practices to the better business bureau and my states attorney general business ethics department for flagging. "
"I ordered a splash shield for a 2000 Grand Cherokee on 2/20/2024. As of today, 03/08/2024, they have only told me that the part they received was damaged and they are ordering a replacement part. No idea when the new part will arrive or when I might receive it.
They reluctantly respond to email inquiries, and when they do, it is with a canned response
Their "tracking" does not work.
They have lied to me for 2 weeks.

"Order says it will ship within 2-5 days if not you will receive an email. My order was placed 03/06/2023. I received my item 04/11/2023 and I never received any emails. I called their number during normal working hours several time and was never able to reach anyone. The product I received did not match the long description of the item. I ordered a "compact spare tire" and received a rim. I payed $176 for a rim."

"Ordered a transfer case cable for my jeep cherokee and they shipped a cable for the transmission...wrong cable.
I shipped the wrong cable back to them at my expense.
The total cost for the cable and shipping was $120...but I only recieved $100 refund.
So im out $20 on thier mistake and $20 for the cost of shipping it back.
So...out $40...for thier mistake.

"Bought a Mirror for my Van - got an email confirming then the next day I received an email - there is a problem with my order. I call and she say uhh yeah the one you ordered was not correct....... the mirror that is correct is 56.00 more I cancelled the order and am hoping I get a refund without having to dispute the charge. I verified the part number I ordered from them was correct by vin from my local dealer - Im guessing this is a common practice - advertise a lower price - email problem with order - bump up to higher price - pretty much a shady practice. "I placed an order with them for a few parts that I had spent time searching for and landed on their website. The order process and finding what I needed went fine and I assumed my parts would be on their way. 12 hours later I get an email that my order would be an additional $200+ for a shipping calculation error that isn’t taken into consideration when you shop their website. They proceeded to cancel my order and would not honor the pricing that their e-commerce website advertised. I will never place another order with them and would encourage you to do the same. Either get your e-commerce site working correctly or get out of the business. It’s 2019 and this type of customer service is lousy."
"Quick ordering and ship, however packaging was non existent and arrived with the box soggy in ATF fluid. With the lack of packaging and that this has been kicked about from the USA to the UK I have concerns regards this now being faulty due to how sensitive this item is."
