All I can say is WOW!!! THE RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! DO NOT buy from them! DO NOT!!!

"I simply asked If it would be an issue if I opened the product to see what it would look like. She said yes, you cannot return it. I said okay, not a problem. I'm done doing business with you guys. Simple. Didn't say anything else. Her response, good we don't need your business. LOL. We went back and forth thru several emails. In the end I hope I taught their rep a lesson on how to speak to a customer. I actually even gave her an example on how she should have responded. She also said that their negative reviews actually attract customers to buy their products, and that I was one of them. DO NOT BE ONE OF THEM. DO NOT BUY!!! She said their negative reviews have kept them in business for 25 years. Could not believe all the other words that were exchanged between Cassandra and I. For example, she said I'm ignorant, snarky and stupid. This company needs some serious help. They have no customer service etiquette and the rudest human beings out there!!! I cannot even believe they are in business. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM!!! "

Quality varies, what they ship is what you get

"I ordered 3 small canoe paddles - one has a big knot in the tip with a small piece missing.
I contacted them - they responded after the second message:
"Yes, we received your email. Wood have knots, that is just the way it goes. We do not do exchanges for the exact same item so you are more than welcome to just return it per our policy." Cassandra M"

They obviously don't have quality control and the cost of shipping the one back would be at least half the cost of the return.

The two good ones are nice, shipping was fast and packing was very good. I will cut down, reshape and refinish the one with the knot.

Do NOT use this company!

"Do NOT do business with this company! I ordered a lamp shade for my friend thru this company as a Christmas gift. It remained unopened in the box as I wrapped the box as the gift. When my friend opened the box, the shade had become unlaced and it was clearly a manufacturers defect as the laces were supposed to be X’s but, instead, were just single lines up and down in some places and were falling out unlaced in other places. There were tears in the cover from where the laces had been inappropriately sewn and it there are discolorations in many areas. Clearly all were defects. I ordered this shade on December 4th as I wanted it in time for Christmas. As a gift, it wasn’t opened until after Christmas, thus exceeding the 10 day return policy. My friend loved the shade but it looked bad as it was so damaged so I contacted this company and asked if we could exchange it for a better one. Not a refund, an exchange. I received a reply from Kim stating their return and exchange policy. They want a $5 handling fee and me to pay return shipping, quoted at my local P.O. as $19.78. When I wrote and said I didn’t feel this was fair, given the manufacturers defects, Kim told me to glue the laces myself, blamed me for using a normal light bulb (the shade never made it onto a light) and was then reminded again that I had exceeded their 10 day return limit. So, their 100% guarantee for customer satisfaction ends up being approximately 66 2/3% guarantee as I would have to pay and additional $25 to return a shade that clearly had defects above and beyond what we could have caused. Now the shade will have cost me $75 with no guarantee the replacement would be any better. The customer service rep is snarky and no help, they clearly don’t care to have repeat customers and don’t take care of the ones they have. Their website even states right in it something to the effect that they can’t please everyone and they post the few nice comments they received. If you check other review sites, they’ve been blasted a lot by unhappy customers! I recommend Black Forest Decor for similar items at less cost and better return/exchange policies. There are many “stores” on the Internet with much the same products that care about their customers and do right by them. This company clearly doesn’t. I’ve chosen not to fight them, which is what they want. It’s not worth my time and energy to continue with an unfair and ill equipped company to do morally correct business practices. Buyer Beware!!!"

All One Stars Are RIGHT!!!

"Do NOT~ DO NOT Not NOT!!! BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They DO send out defective merchandise then they credit you way less than HALF of what you paid for it when you return it at your own expense! How Sad to have such bad customer service towards your buyers! I am disputing it with my Visa Card and you should too! Take Pictures! Take Notes! Because IF you do decide to buy from this company: Buyer Beware! There is a darn good chance you will be returning the merchandise and create for yourself a very time consuming fight for a refund. Just Stay Away. Click out and move on or find the merchandise from someplace else! I sure did!!!"

Find your product elsewhere... rude & unprofessional!

"Worst, rudest, and most unprofessional on-line ordering experience ever! Sent pictures of how the raggedy cut down box unidentified as fragile had been received with what looked like someone had drop kicked it and taped the whole produced back up despite the damage it had done to the unprotected fragile item ordered and was rudely responded to with it's not our fault, the machines that ripped it can't read anyway, and don't bother ordering from us again. Cheryl, who signed the e-mail, can be sure I and hopefully anyone who reads this won't be ordering from her ever! "

WORST company, YOU BETTER HOPE YOU DON'T HAVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM

"This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. She sent multiple defective items and when I contacted Cherle (the owner), she stated I could return them if I pay for shipping, pay for her shipping costs that she paid to ship them to me, AND a 25% restocking fee...and the items were defective. I would gladly pay double the price for the items I ordered if I would have known what type of company this is. I can't imagine she will stay on business for long. Buyer beware. Go shop someplace else."

"Unfortunately less than one star isn't possible!! I would avoid this company at all cost. I ordered a product, to give as a gift, from them that has 7 pieces to the set and it arrived with one of the pieces broken. When I sent them pictures of the damage and requested they replace the one piece of the set that was broken, the response I received from Cheryle, was they apologize that one of the figures arrived broken and "We have refunded you for the damage." When I emailed back that I wanted to know what that meant, they didn't respond. I now know, by checking online with the account I paid for the purchase with, that this means they credited me back with 1/7th of the cost of the item. They are not willing to replace the one item that is broken, they will not call me to discuss the matter. They instead suggest, for an item I purchased from them to give as a gift to someone else, "Two drops of super glue will make your set complete (and at a discounted price)." And when I again asked for a replacement for the broken part of the set, (since no one sells just one of the parts to the set), or let me return entire set for refund and reorder the response was, "I am sorry that you do not agree with how insurance works, but it does not change the facts. You were reimbursed for the damaged item. If you want to find a replacement for that damaged item with the insurance money you received-that is your decision and your responsibility."
As someone who has worked directly and indirectly with customers for 30+ years and has had to file an insurance claim or two in those years, that is not how insurance works. I let Cheryle know that I didn't agree with her and that I will simply purchase the entire set elsewhere and never purchase from them again, and spread the word to avoid this company. There are companies out there that understand how important good customer service is to repeat business and how damaging poor customer service is. Cheryle is not one of these people in my opinion. And it is sad to damage your business image over such a small thing.

"By far the most rude "customer service" I've ever experienced in my lifetime! STAY AWAY. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. I would suggest everyone else do the same. Send mooserus.com/ dba Attic Moose Antiques a message, loud and clear. Maybe if the BBB gets enough complaints against them, it will force them to change some things. Or at the very least, lose some business. Believe me there are businesses out there that will treat you well. Go there instead.

"AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! I ordered some products and they got lost in the mail and finally found and redelivered. I contacted this company (which is only by email since there's no telephone #) and Cheryle emailed me back stating she was going to charge me another shipping fee. I called UPS and they said they would waive the redelivery charge but Moose R Us would have to call since it's their account. I contacted Cheryle back and asked her to please do this. I gave her the phone # of the person she needed to speak to. She said she would not do so that she had already charged my credit card and wasn't refunding. I have NEVER had this bad of customer service. I will not purchase from her again and i WILL get the word out. "

"One of my favorite sellers on the internet.
Having owned an interior design store for 35 years, We're extremely happy with the customer service and fast shipping of no less than 28 orders in the last 60 days.
With so many websites drop shipping these days, it's nice to find one that stocks everything on the site and ships the same day or the next.
Cheryle and her employees bend over backwards to make sure things go smooth as silk when ordering and if there is an issue with a lost or broken item. It's just a matter of an email and it's handled with the utmost speed and professionalism.

You can't go wrong ordering from Moose-R-us.com, I know after hunting for a reliable and curtious company for many years, I feel like I'm home now.

I ordered the cake topper set of beach chairs and a fence and they were two different colors. Pictures of the website and description did not state any of this. "Awful experience with this company. Ordered a product which came to me damaged. Sent a frustrating e-mail about how poorly the packaging was and got a very snide reply from someone, right, called Cheryle. It got worse. Here are some of the comments I received from this unprofessional company: So sorry you were so traumatized over the incident, but we have a drama-proof shipping return service for you. Then they threatened me not to send anymore sarcastic e-mails, which I never did. They said they had no time for my drama and to never contact them again or they would contact my work, report my ip address and the state."
