"I placed an order with Mooringtech for a new toughbook only because they were local, it was in stock & I was promised it would ship the day I ordered (Monday June 22, 2020). My salesperson stated he would personally see that it shipped on time! I received an email on Monday showing a shipping label was created but UPS had not received the package yet. Tuesday came I checked the tracking number, same message. Tuesday night I got an email from Mooringtech showing my package was delivered in somewhere in Texas! I had a confirmation of delivery from FEDEX!
I thought WTF, they switched carriers! Wednesday I recieved an email from UPS stating my package was on time and scheduled to be delivered Friday June 26, 2020! My first thought was on freaking time! Second thought was what in the hell is UPS doing with my package again! Third thought was what in the hell have I gotten myself into?
All I could come up with is SCAM..
Do I need to give any more details ? You see how smooth the transaction went from the very start.... Thats only because my salesman was on top of it like he promised! It only cost me a $4300.00 job and most likely a customer that thinks I'm a liar and will never return! Thanks Mooringtech for being on top of it!"
