"Had a plethora of issues trying to get a fzmk2 through Amazon. Anyway panasonic recommended mooring after confirming that the seller on Amazon had sent me an mk1 and advertised it as an mk2. I called and wound up chatting with Michael for like 30 minutes because he had every possible answer every toughbook question i had(which was a lot of them). Anyway he got me sorted before the end of the phone call (which was on a Thursday night)
And my new toughbook showed up that Saturday. Which was nice because I left to prep some astons for daytona Sunday night.

Received a reply from the company stating the item I order would be on a least a 6 month back order and asked if I would like to cancel the order and receive a full refund. I replied with please cancel the order and issue a refund. Within a day the order was canceled and a full refund was issues.
