"I received my order quickly. Two spools of 500 ft 18 gauge wire. When I received my order, I found out that I ordered the wrong type of wire, I contacted Monstronix Inc. through their 800 #. When you call this 800 # it always goes to a voice mail box where you have to leave a message. I left two voice mail messages so far and I have yet to received a call back. I was hoping to return these two items and buy the correct wire, but since they will not call me back, I will just return the wire with a 20% restocking fee and never order from them again. At least they have a web based return system that I submitted my request through. I received an email stating that someone will contact me within 2-5 business days. We will see if this happens (4/16/2009-Stay Tuned...) 4/23/2009 Update: I never did get a call from Monstronix. So I started the RMA process on their web site and did the return of the item. When dealing with people at a distance, it takes some time for a reputation to accumulate..but it does. I happen to be a foaming rabid demanding implacable tightwad with extreme standards of customer service and that's my GOOD side. When you get my money you earned it.
