"I purchased ink for my epson 785epx and i am extreamly satisfied. 3 bux for a black and 4 bux for the color, shipped free which is pretty amazing. I recieved an e-mail from the post office with a tracking number the next day and recieved it a couple of days later. From Georgia to California in a matter of a few days is mind boggling. I told others about this including my neighbor and she loves them too. I wonder if these guys make a profit."

"I ordered online 5 inkjet cartridges for an Epson Stylus C60. I received an email with my invoice. I also had an email a few days later mentioning that my shipping address had an abbreviation. I wrote back the long word, they wrote back a "Thanks" email. A couple of days after that, I got two separate emails from ebay telling me that another account had tried to have been created with my card on file. This is the card that I used for the inkjet purchase. Also, I found several purchases with my card were made to software houses. The inkjets came in, but the printer would not recognize them. I have written back twice telling them of this yet I have received no reply.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

"The old/new owner situation. I order from this company, never heard from them, repeately wrote to them to have them tell me they the old Monsterinkjet was sold to them(the new owners), even as the company charged my credit card and I would have to wait an unknown time frame wiht the new company to see what may or may not be delieved to me. Beware, stay away from these people, they can't even honor order placed two weeks before buying this company!!!"

"Try to purchase about $28 of canon ink for my F60.

I hope I checked the review before I purchase but it seems a lot of people order from them years back. I thought they will send a confirmation number but never and I did not write down the number. Not even able to login to my account through their web. No response from email & snail mail. The worst part is they charged my credit card already. Lesson learned - always check reseller rating and do not believe what you used to believe

"I've purchased from this site several times in the past and always with great service. However it seems like something has happened to the company and they are now screwed people over. Myself included. They will not respond to emails and none of their phone numbers work. If you do a whois on the domain, it says that monstercopiers.com owns it but when I called that company they said they don't know anything about it and have never heard of the person it is registered to. Stay away."

"Even though the invoice I received in my email inbox from MonsterInkjets.com after I placed my order had my correct ship-to address. MonsterInjets.com put the wrong address on the UPS shipment (according to the tracking number that was provided by MonsterInkjets.com). After sending a detailed email explaining MonsterInkjets.com mix-up, I only received the reply of "Your order shows as shipped". Countless other emails asking how I can help them to correct the problem (which was there's to begin with) have been unanswered. I was forced to get my money back by working through my credit card company."

"I ordered around 25 inkjet cartridges from monsterinkjets.com around mid-May. It is now near the end of July, and after at least 5 emails to them, I still do not have my order. They have responded to only one of my emails, saying "your order has been dropped shipped from Texas". That is a complete LIE.

They do not have any numbers to call, so I cannot even get someone to talk to on the phone, check on my order, or anything.

I sent out a final email telling them to refund me completely and cancel my order. That was 4 days ago. I still do not have a response.


This is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. STAY AWAY! DO NOT RISK YOUR CREDIT CARD, MONEY, TO SAVE A FEW DOLLARS. IT IS NOT WORTH IT.

"Ordered 12 cartridges on June 16th based on excellent price and free shipping. As of today (7/10), I have heard absolutely nothing from this company. They charged my credit card immediately and posted a tracking number on my account, but the number does not seem to be valid. Regardless of my attempts to email them, I get no response as to what the problem is. I have read some of the recent reviews of this company and see that there is a pattern developing of extremely long shipping times, no information being provided to the customer and questions about if the product will even arrive. I have no choice but to contact my credit card company to assist me with getting this matter resolved."

"It took them a full week after I placed the order for them to ship it out. Communication was terrible - I e-mailed them about whether the order was shipped yet, with a tracking number that didn't seem to work, they just said "the tracking number is ." Literally. In the next e-mail, he just gave me the same tracking number I was asking about, proper English grammar forgotten. It's like it's now run by a 15-year-old boy, except that's an insult to the 15-year-old boys. While shipping is advertised as free, there is an unmentioned handling charge tacked on at the end. Despite this, they still can't get it together. I probably won't order from them again - there's other competition with good prices and the added bonus of better service. The ink is generic but seems to work."

"Have had no problems with Monster until this order. I cannot get hold of these people. No phone numbers available, only a single email address, which they do not appear to look at, ever.

I just want my inkjet cartridges, but this order hasn't arrived in over 4 weeks.

They need to provide a phone number to talk with a person.

This will probably be last time I order from them.

"Ordered on the 25 of May, waited about 3 weeks.. nothing. Tried emailing them several times, over the next several weeks.. nothing. Threatened them with the BBB, finally some lame excuse about the email being down. They refunded my money. I told them they should still honor my order. No response. Several emails and a full week later I get a snotty reply from them basically telling me to get bent. What wonderful customer service. This place is cheap.. but you get what you pay for. I'll be going somewhere else for sure.

Tried Eforcity.. they are great. Just as cheap, but they actually answer emails, and deliver within two weeks.
