"I bought a Tribeca Coffee Table. It arrived without instructions, but assembly was easy - just one bolt. I tightened it twice as I was worried about the weight of the top. Assembled, it looked a little wobbly - again, because of the weight of the top. My 4 year-old granddaughter actually pushed the table over onto her twin sister. The base collapsed and the heavy top came down on my granddaughter's shins, bruising her badly.
I wrote to the company through the website and received no reply. I later called and received a call back. (The website says "Easy returns. No restocking fee" When I described the situation, the agent said "no, those tables are sturdy - we sell a lot of them" and offered me a replacement base for $50.

"I ordered a lamp and took about 2 weeks to get it when they promised taking 3-10 days. But that's understandable since it's busy during holidays. The problem was that the lamp arrived broken and there is no responses to my emails and calls.
The styrofoam packing was torn up because it was too thin and fragile. It couldn't possibly hold the heavy base. I emailed them a few times in every contacts I could find in their website and left a voice mail but couldn't get a hold of them at all.
