"Initially there was inconsistent and conflicting communication regarding the status of my order (when it would be back in stock, when it would be shipped, etc.)... but in the end their customer service -- specifically Anna who works online -- really made things happen quickly and should be strongly commended! The product is great and all worked out in the end. Their shipping/packaging is truly first rate -- it took over an hour just to unpack my cabinet given how carefully and well they packed it. "Purchased a picture light from Home Lighting Mart, was happy to see that they showed what was in stock. Much to my surprise & no where on the site did they mention that they are a drop ship company. My credit card was charged the same day I ordered, I contacted customer service twice, the first time they said they'd need to see why the order hadn't shipped (was never given a reason) after 2.5weeks I contacted them to be told it was on its way. I will never use Home Lighting Mart again & would recommend others to not use them either. I wrote customer servIce again and asked for a manager to get back to me and never heard back from customer service or a manager. Very poor way to run a business, need to be upfront with customers about their practices. I have choices of where to spend my money and this company will not be one of the places I choose. "

- ordered it around august 6 and received it September 10
- when I opened the box all the foam was broken apart and the box was in a mess
- cost and extra $100 to get it here with taxes and shipping "
