"I ordered a pair of jeans for Moda Xpress. I received the jeans today and try them on noticing that the Zipper was broke, I called customer service and informed them that the jeans were defective and I sent pictures I informed them that I wanted to purchase a different pair of jeans instead of getting the same jeans, just to be informed that I could not do that and that I will get a store credit which could have went towards me purchasing another pair of jeans... they are so unprofessional and they will no longer get my money please do not buy from this company."

"I ordered a work shirt for a client at the non-profit I work at. I did not receive a work shirt, but received a dress. I called once and was never called back. I then called Wal-mart because this was an order through wal-mart and then Moda called me back, but I was out of the office. I had to keep calling back. I finally got someone and I was told I have to send in a picture of the dress and the shipping receipt. This is the response I get when emailing them the picture: ****@**** (****@****)
Your message wasn't delivered. Despite repeated attempts to deliver your message, the recipient's email system refused to accept a connection from your email system.
I have now emailed them back, but after reading reviews, there is an employee who stated that the owner takes money out of employee's pay for making a mistake.
I am not upset about the mistake, I am upset that no one gets back to me, and now that I know employees are financially punished I will not be looking to fix this issue.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, unless you don't care what you get and do not plan on returning anything, also make sure you are careful when ordering from Wal-mart!

"My experience with moda was easy and without any issues. My order was shipped out the next day and I received it 4 days later. All items were cute and only one pair of pants was a little tight but I'll squeeze into them eventually lol. So far so good so will be ordering from them again. "
"Please think twice before ordering with this company. They are very irresponsible and have terrible customer service. I placed an order on Nov 27-28, 2017.
It was Dec 30 when I decided to check my emails as I haven`t received my order. I found the email confirming that the order was shipped and the tracking showed that the package was not delivered and was sent back to the sender by UPS. I contacted them hoping that they would take care of my order.
Their response was -we see that your order was not delivered and we will get back to you if UPS sends it back. I requested money back -their response was -we will wait and if UPS delivers your order back we will refund you. So I have paid for an order that was not delivered to me and when I contacted the company their response was we know you didn`t receive it but we do not care. I asked if they could send me my order and resolve with UPS. Their answer was no. I have never had such a disrespectful and irresponsible customer service. So before placing your order please remember that you might pay and receive nothing.
