Super Service

"I bought a phone on ebay from Misty Electronics and am delighted with their service-the phone arrived early and was exactly as stated on ebay. I had several questions to which they responded immediately and very helpfully the same day. I was a bit apprehensive about buying a phone online in case I did not like it or needed information to get it going properly, but they were great. You can most likely tell I am a part of the older generation not quite used to and maybe slightly distrustful of internet buying, but I would definitely use them again. In fact, they did not ask me to write a review - I asked them how I could recommend them."

Wonderful Iphone for my daughter

"Mistyelectronics was wonderful. My daughter dropped her phone and it broke. We needed something fast and since we live in NJ we found mistyelectronics in Flanders. Ordered the phone in the morning and had it in my hand by the next afternoon!

Great service and will use again in the future

Didn't get what I paid for

"I purchased a new unlocked Samsung S5 with 32 Gigs. I received a new Samsung S5 with 16 Gigs. I noticed the storage error after having the phone activated and ending service on my old phone. I asked them to ship the correct phone, and on receipt I would send the other back as I cannot be w/o phone service due to work. They said I had to return the phone for a refund, or they could also issue a $25 credit. They refused to send an exchange. So I trusted them in good faith to send me what I ordered, but they refuse to trust me and send me what I paid for and let me send them the incorrect phone back. Wrong. They don't double check what they send out. I do not recommend them. "

"Ordered a supposed new Motorola Droid 4. The phone failed after 5 weeks of use. The phone was NOT new as advertised - A piece of Junk. Steve's last eMail to me read as follow's:

"I agree with you. I don't think you should shop on ebay. You should not shop in any store that sells items with warranties, because you believe warranties are meaningless, and you believe that even though the warranty says 30 days, in your world 30 days means three months.

So I agree, you should not shop online. You should only buy from stores where there are signs posted with warranties, and then ignore those warranties and return things months after the warranty has expired. In many cases they will take it back from you, just to make you go away.

In any case, lets not email each other any longer. I will not respond, even though I said I would not last time and did. I ask you please to not message me back.

But heres the thing, I can tell you that for sure you will email me back. You are the type of person who thinks they are always right, and the rules don't apply to you. You don't have the self control to not message me back, I guarantee it.

So though I've asked you not to message me back, we both know you will. And when you do, I'll delete it without reading it, and just chuckle to myself that I knew I was right."

Here, clearly is a reseller that is clearly lacking in Basic Customer Service. An electronics reseller who believes his products should last no longer than 30 days clearly is a blight to his community. He clearly Misstates facts and IMHO, he should be avoided at all costs.
