"This is an Ebay scam. This seller is selling refurbished phones as new. I bought an Lg V10 from them and it died two months later. Now that will not answer me emails or offer me an exchange. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau."

"They had an item, "Samsung Galaxy Note 3, new in original box". I ordered it, item arrived, it was a *refurbished Samsung Galaxy Note with *parts for Note 3 and Note 5!, and it is not working. "I purchased an iPhone 6s for my daughter for Christmas. It was purchased through eBay and advertised as “new in box.” I specifically searched for phones in new (not refurbished) condition.
Got the phone. Just barely after 1 month in, the screen got lines all over it, then went black.
Took it to an Apple certified repairman. He informed me that there was no way this was a new phone and that all of the internal screws were either too short or the wrong size. He replaced everything he could find.
Six months later, the new screen popped off because the battery swelled. I took it to another Apple certified shop and was basically told the same thing. When they removed the screen, the volume buttons literally fell out. Again, because of crappy screws!
I filed a complaint with the New Jersey BBB. The response...they have no way of “even knowing if this is the same phone.” Oh, and supposedly, I already lost a dispute with eBay, PayPal, and my credit card company. This is news to me, since no such disputes were ever opened.
Do not ever buy a phone from this dishonest company!!!"

So happy we did, great customer service and we received our phones 2 days after purchase, i wasn't expecting it to come until Saturday. We put our sim cards from our old phones into the new ones and we were ready to go. "The misty electronics website boldly states 30 day guarantees. They don't reply to email inquiries, I have tried to contact them regarding my order. There is no phone number provided, but with 500 Bazillion positive ratings on ebay I thought it was safe. I had an issue with my phone the meid or ein number I needed was provided on a loose un-stuck sticker in the box, but the number was incorrect for the phone I received.

I got that straightened out on my own so, told my friend about misty. He ordered from their website not ebay. He got a beat up used phone in the wrong color. He sent like 5 emails and never received any response from misty. He now has to file a reversal of charges complaint with his credit card company. There is no excuse for misty not responding to two customers over the course of two weeks I know now there is no help to be found from misty electronics- you are on your own, with what ever garbage they send you."

"I ordered two phones from their online store not from EBay. Now the first time I ordered a Tmobile unlocked gold iPhone 6 and I loved it and it works perfectly. Now sense everything worked the first time, wow I thought I'll do it again. So the second time I ordered a T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy 7 edge silver unlocked. I got the phone but they sent a Verizon phone (unlocked). So that leaves not all of T-Mobile's stuff working. But majority of it is. I contact them or tried to so they can fix the problem but no response. Just be careful. I know when I spend my money, I expect a company to give a whoot. "

"As many others on the internet have reported for the past year, this company advertises brand new phones but in fact, are shipping reconditioned phones and do not respond to inquires. Six months after receiving my Apple 6, I took it to Apple because of problems with its functioning. Apple informed me this phone was sold in 2014 not 2017 and the phone issues were with its hardware not software so the phone is worthless. The company has not responded to my attempts to contact them. How can they continue to be in business?"

"I paid $155 for what was advertised as "New Open Box" from Misty Electronics. I received the phone just like it was new but the problem I encountered was the phone was extremely difficult to charge. I wrote Misty Electronics to tell them what was going on but NO REPLY, I then did an internet search for their phone number and came across Better Business Bureau which had their phone number and got me no where when called. I read some of the review other people complained about Misty Electronics and one review caught my eye, the person also purchased the phone which said "New Open Box" and was unable to activate the phone and when they called the carrier they said the phone was currently activated by another party. I decided to tall my carrier and provided the serial number and found out the phone had been activated for quite some time before being deactivated by original owner. I've sent multiple emails to Misty Electronics with only one having a response by ****@**** telling me to provide return label info as I did but I never received a response. I have since had to deal with PayPal to force the issue. I am in the process to returning my "USED" phone and receive a refund. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER"

"Love Mistyelectronics, they were very helpful and answered all my questions before i made my purchase. Wasn't sure if i should go with the Regular galaxy s6 or with the s6 edge (curved screen). They were very helpful and helped me feel at ease during the purchase process. I would recommend them to all my friends and family that needed a phone. "This is a scam company. Steve is extremely rude and calls you an idiot for disagreeing with him. he is very abusive and has no respect to customer and threatens you that you can not get him for scamming you.
He advertised a "new phone in box", after received the phone , I had it checked and it was refurbished with non original parts. Phone broke down after 6 weeks.
You give them your money to insult you and calling you names.
Cannot beleive a company like that exists. They are like a mafia."

"I bought an Iphone 5c from this company a few weeks ago. I soon realized the phone was NOT new as it was advertised. It came in a damaged and dirty box that had obviously been opened before. It came with earphones and a charger that were not Apple original. I found pictures of other users in the device (!), and the battery dies extremely fast for a device that is supposed to be new.

I complained and the seller sent me a new device. And it was exactly the same story (box, charger...). Once again I found pictures of someone who had been manipulating the device in the phone. This second phone didn't even look like the first one. The color is different, the microphone hole doesn't look the same. The screen doesn't fit the case properly.

This company is a fraud and a scam. They sell fake/used/refurbished phones as NEW and ORIGINAL iphones when they ARE NOT. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I have filed a complaint with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs, and I suggest you do the same if this happened to you."
