Bad customer service.

"Returned a couple items for store credit on Dec 6th. Took over a week to hear anything back from them just saying they are still processing it. And have not hear anything since then. It's currently 12/19. This will be the last interaction I have with them. Have had a lot better interaction with other companies during the same time and they were very responsive. I highly recommend Rogue Traders Gaming."

1 month just to ship

"I purchased (8/15) 3 expansion packs for smash up. Here we are 9/14 and my order is finally shipped with a follow up email from "customer service" saying we're out of stock on one of the expansion packs. So I spent 3 more on Amazon and it will be here 9/16 don't waste your time for a few bucks. All I got from customer service was 3 day response to emails saying we're sorry check out out new store."

A Slow Seller

"I have been consistently underwhlemed by the rate at which Miniature Market processes their orders. Usually, it takes them a week to process an order placed online, unless you pay an upfront fee to get them to actually do their job, in which case they can get your order processed two full business days after it is placed. Don't place an order with these folks if you hope to have the desired product within a month. For the record, I placed this order on the 12th of April. I received an email claiming that my order had processed and was getting ready to ship on the 16th (I did not pay the fee for expedited processing this time as I found out last time that it makes little difference in getting the package to your door sooner), and my tracking says that the package is still waiting to be dropped off as of today, the 21st. I'm done buying from these folks, and I will be telling anyone I know to stay away from them in the future."

Heavily Curled Cards Considered to be NM

"I recently bought some Magic the Gathering cards from Miniature Market. When I opened my package, I was very distraught to see that some of them were heavily curled. I contacted Miniature Market to see if we could come to a resolution. Despite the cards being heavily curled, they insisted that the cards were only lightly curled and therefore considered to be NM. Their own grading policy lists curled foils as a 'defective' product. "

Terrible customer service/ lost packaging

"I've been waiting almost 15 days since I ordered my damn package of EIGHT minis. They stopped emailing me back after my 3rd email after 10 days had passed. They trying to tell me that "ups had to send it back" because there wasn't a dash in my address (example 46-32) now its been over 2 weeks and still nothing, I dont even have a tracking number or an update on my order. Should have taken the 2 man customer support team as a bad sign. Oh well. They wont be getting my money EVER again. Use reaperminis if you need to get unpainted minis, they have fast shipping that's free after $40, not $99."

Poor Customer Service

"On 12/12 I was told I would have my package before the 19th. I was told I would receive tracking information within 48 hours. I reached out for tracking information on 12/16 and 12/18. I was told the package was lost. The package is now arriving on 12/13 (four days late) and they want to charge me a 15% restocking fee to return the items that are arriving late. I will not purchase from this company again. "

Cannot trust companies that stiff costumers

"Miniature market has good prices and quite often are the best values. They have abnormally long shipping times, but that's usually the trade off for the value you make. I was always fine with this, because I buy the cards I need fast from an LGS and cards for projects online. However, I recently ordered a set of cards to complete two decks and after a few weeks of waiting I called in to find my order. They declared it "lost" and only offered a refund. I'd be happy if they just sent out a new shipment, because in those two weeks they card prices had almost doubled. Now I'm out both time and money because the company backed out on its deal. Stiffing costumers isn't cool. "

Returned damaged cards, they send back the same damaged cards

"I bought an expensive box of cards, $350 + $15 shipping. It arrives damaged. They offer a brand new box as soon as I return the first. So I spend another $12.50 to have it returned and what they send me is the exact same damaged box of cards. Do not buy from this company, do not give them your money."

Restocking fees, shop elsewhere

"Make sure that you read over the company policies because they penalize customers who need to return or exchange. It is reasonable to have buyer-paid return shipping, but they tack on %15 fees to all returns to penalize customers. There are plenty of options to buy their product lines from--I suggest looking elsewhere."

Best FLGS Ever

"If you live in St. Louis, this should be your spot for board games, RPGs, CCGs, and miniatures games. The wonderful staff is unrivaled, and the retail and gaming slave is impressive. If you live anywhere else, enjoy flat-rate shipping, customer holds, and the same great service. "

Buyer beware for international purchases

"Shipping to very expensive and on top of that I got hit with a large import duty when ordering to the UK.

No where in their FAQ does in it mention anything about import duty being a risk.
I incorrectly assumed that the ridiculous cost of ship was due to duty pushing the price up.

I have contacted them and they insist on the customer being responsible for being aware of these things and have no intention of updating their FAQ. Do not make the same mistake I did.

International buyers be aware

"International buyers be aware!! They have good prices, but their shipping system is awful. The said they'll send with FedEx and the are using PostNord (Sweden post) rated 0.5 out of 10 in https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.postnord.com

Better to pay a bit extra in other shop and get your order on time and with a tracking number that works.

I did an order that was shipped on 16th, after nearly three weeks... tracking still showing same message, The shipment item has left the country of the sender, which appears to be Sweden and not USA... USPS takes max. 14 days to be delivered in my country, but here already 18 days passed and still didn't arrive to my country... After I've contacted the shop they said up to 60 days!!! Whaaat!!? PayPal is awaiting... on 16th of this month, after a month of shipment day I'll contact with PayPal
