Terrible Customer Service . . .even when they admit they're wrong!

"Do not buy from this company. We purchased individual cards late online on a Saturday evening after hours. We mistakenly purchased one card different than another that had the same price that we meant to get, so we quickly emailed support of what had happened. THREE days later (that following Tuesday) we got an email at 10:00am CST saying that the original order had been shipped and then two hours later another email at 12:08pm CST from Dave L from customer service said that they could not edit the order because it had shipped. That's pretty dirty that they send the order out and then say "oooooh I'm sorry, we can not edit this order because it has already been sent out". Avoid!!"

worst customer service

"Fails to address the problems of anything you ask them to deal with. First time i ordered from them they poorly packaged the items within so I give them a heads up. I get a corporate standard response of we will look into it in the indefinite future aka. we will think about it. I order from them a second time, this time the idiots had the bright idea of poorly packaging my items to the point all my miniatures that i order from them had their parts smashed. I am now currently fighting their customer service to get my minis replaced. Worst customer service ever."

Terrible Communications. Thinks it's okay to keep your money without telling you.

"Kept my money for 3 weeks. I had a rough time trying to contact. They canceled the order due to Magic shipping rules. (even though I was shipping to the US with US credit card with US billing address) Majority of the order was non magic related and was cancelled also.

Miniature Market has lost another customer.

"This place is fantastic. Their orders generally arrive on time, and their selection and prices are great. I have never had an issue with their customer service, and the one time I had an interaction with them it was because a $1 product I ordered was out of stock (for which they comped me a generous $5 in store credit, and of course a refund)."

"These guys are awesome. Games always arrive in a timely fashion and you can track the process entirely. They pack their games very well. And in the unlikely event you have an issue, their customer service is top notch.

Also their prices can't be beat. And any order over $99 ships free.

I highly recommend Miniature Market.
