"Ordered a laptop on a Black Friday special Nov 2016. Shipping was instant but shipping dates could not be changed. Left expensive merchandise sitting on the street without the requirement for a signature. Forgot to pack a simple invoice in the package and when requested for a legitimate invoice for our business for tax purposes it started an inconceivable run around. Dealing with Mikes online service is similar to prepaying for food at the restaurant and having the waiter throw your food at you and tell you to "get out". They are apparently great until something goes wrong then the - "get lost" attitude prevails. Terrible customer service. Will never use them again."

"My first order with Mike's a couple of months ago was very positive. Like I usually do, I pay with my credit card, but get stuff shipped to my work, which is a verified address with my credit card.
My second order, done exactly the same way, got all screwed up. My order confirmation email had my shipping address as my bill-to address. I don't think the credit card would like that too much! The credit card declined, and Mike's forthwith sent an email saying my order was cancelled. I tried to get it resolved with emails and a phone call, which, to Mike;s credit, showed responsiveness and initiative to resolve it. Mike's wanted me to fill out a special form with my credit card number on it authorizing them to ship to an alternate address, which I didn't think necessary since it was already registered with the credit card, and no other online retailer requires such a thing. And, frankly, I didn't think it would fix their IT bugs that I suspected were at the root of the problem. On their suggestion, tried to order again, again didn't work, and I cancelled the order.
Sorry, Mike, an online order shouldn't take this much effort!"
"Orders a couple of pc parts. Items were shipped the same day and arrived the next day. While the prices are on par with just about any other shop, the difference is that they offer free shipping on $39+ orders. Good so far in my book, will probably look at shopping there again should I need to upgrade something."

Ordered it last Monday (8 March 20015) It arrived today (13 March 2015) Reasonably priced and shipping cost was $8.00. Paid via with PayPal without any problems. I live in PEI and their Store is in BC. Most satisfied with entire purchase process.

"Found this site from a shopping comparison site. Since then, I have purchased a G73 laptop and 2 hard drives. The laptop I received the next day after ordering and was free shipping. I had to pay extra for insurance. The hard drives took 3 days and were packed well with bubble wrap.
Overall I feel I received good value with free shipping (insurance cost me about 1-2% extra) and the pricing was the cheapest I could find online.
The website did not have many pictures. Hopefully they will improve on this in the future.

I figured I'd take a chance at a good deal, although I half expected it to show up missing the docking station, or the external CD drive, or something.
