" I called MightyPets.com several days prior to buying my Sport Dog collar and talked to Brian. I told him that it was very important that I get the correct training collar because my German Shorthair pointer Mollie was very important to me. He took the time to do some product research for me using the specifications I relayed to him during this initial phone call. He asked me if he could have my phone number so he could get back to me in a few minutes. So several minutes later like he promised Brian called me back after checking individual units, which he actually put his hands on and touched because he knew one of my requirements was I wanted a unit that was rubber armored. So he gave me some recommendations using all of my criteria I gave him for a Training collar that I wanted to purchase. After giving me a couple of choices I took his advice and purchased my Sport Dog 1825 collar.
This was not my 1st purchase from your company and I returned because I was satisfied with my prior buying experience.

Ordered something in Feb finally arrived last week.
No answer to emails until I did the review.
If they want people to confirm their order, then it should be a simple task, not in their spiel about returned goods etc. It should be just a one line "please confirm by clicking on this link".
It arrived in perfect condition.
IN REPLY TO THEIR RESPONSE!
1.I don't send emails to "do not reply"ones, that goes into inertia.
2.I thought I had picked priority mail, but obviously I didn't and I apologise for that.
3.If I didn't reply to the confirmation send half way down an email about instructions, then an email should have been sent asking me to confirm.
4.This item was bought for a friend who has used it on her dog with great success.
