"The service was fine. Two Bark collars arrived on the fifth day post order. The site was easy to navigate. However, I am disappointed in the product. These were $70 collars for small dogs but the collar was so stiff that you could not get a good contact without making them too tight for normal breathing & swallowing. If the collar itself would have been a soft woven band instead of stiff plastic, they would have been a much better product. Our dogs are Silky Terriers. Had they been bigger they would have worked fine. I am going to have to improvise to make them fit.
