"Ordered a Kel-Tec KSG for good price. Waited several weeks and emailed asking when I could expect product. They told me that it was "out of stock" and they had no idea when it would be available. How do you take money without telling the custmer you have no idea when the product will be available? I asked for a refund, which they said would take 24 hours. Here I am, 1 week later still waiting for the refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. I will be calling the Wisconsin Attorney General's fraud unit this week."

"I ordered the console cover on March 12th and as of today, March 25th, have not been given a shipping date. I was offered a refund due to their supplier not giving them a shipping date. What I don't understand is why they can't get an estimated date of shipping from their supplier. Don't they have expediters that follow up on orders placed. This is not the way to do business."

"What a worthless place of business. They have "suspended their phone line to focus on online customer service". So basically, there is no way to talk to a person when you order. I have been waiting for a long time for my order to come through. I haven't gotten answers to my questions about it. I am now trying to cancel it and haven't heard back. I ordered an item that claimed to be in stock, turns out they don't have it in stock. They were happy to charge my card though! Give me my money back and I'll never shop here again. STAY AWAY!"

"Update: Order placed on March 1st, It is now April 3rd and still getting the run-around, they have no idea when my order will ship and won't let me speak to anyone directly.

All I can say is WOW, Really? Followed by, simply deplorable representation and customer service!
I ordered 2 "in-stock" items on 01MAR (and to date, STILL show in stock). I waited the 7-10 days they claim it may take, still nothing, then sent multiple e-mails. I received a response saying they were having trouble with their distributers; after several other e-mails to them, on 16MAR, I finally got an extension number to dial after the recording prompt ...... finally spoke with a rep who told me the same thing, but this time admitted that they had several items on their site that were not updated and were showing in-stock when they really weren't.
I was told that the items will be coming in within the next 3 days. It is now 21MAR and still no update. How does a company get away with this when their competition ships almost immediately, followed with multiple e-mails of status, updates, etc??
Simply unbelievable. To say that I will never order anything from them again is such an understatement!! I see the BBA has many complaints already on file .... guess I should have known better when I saw the prices (which were low), but had I done more research, I would have gladly paid msrp to receive my products sometime this century.

"Midwest Hunter's Outlet/TGSCOM Inc is the WORST COMPANY I have ever done business with. They will tell you they have an item in stock when in fact they are ordering the item from their supplier after you have placed your order. If this is the case, like it was with me, you might have the item in three weeks. SLOW SHPPING. CUSTOMER SERVICE is NON-EXISTANT. Communication is aweful; pre-order they state you will receive an email when your item is shipped, I never got one. If you call their phone numbers, there is no one to answer the phone and their is no opportunity to leave a message!! If you are dumb enough to buy something from them like I was, read the fine print on their policies first because if it doesnt work out, you will get burned. I am trying to return an item from them and get NO RESPONSE AT ALL."

" Absolutely horrible place to do business. NEVER order anything from these clowns. IN STOCK item ordered a month and a half ago and have not received my order yet. E-mailed them about it and was told they were having trouble with their supplier. Where does a supplier figure in to an item that is IN STOCK?!!

I checked their website and not only is the item still listed as in stock, but it is now on sale. Order now to pay less for something that they don't have.

I looked at their reviews before I ordered and many claimed prompt delivery...what a crock.

Hands down the worst internet transaction I have ever had.

Why can't I give them zero stars? Somebody figure out a way, one star is way too many.
