"I had a terrible experience with this retailer. (1) They did not inform me how long it would take to "process" my order. 7-10 days is a ridiculous amount of time to "process," and that info should be on the product page, or at least before you purchase. (2) Finding a way to contact customer service on the site was impossible- I had to find it through a third party site. (3) The number listed for customer service was basically fake- it never connects you to anyone and never lets you leave a voice mail. (4) The customer service email isn't email and is never answered. (5) I was forced to dispute the charge through American Express- and still pay a 'restocking fee' even though they don't stock the item and still haven't 'processed' my order. (6) I also started receiving an huge increase in spam the Monday after purchase- which means they sold my email to spam operators.

I will be going on every customer review site to leave this same review.

"I would not order from these people again. they said 7-10 days for shipping but it was cheap so i said OK. But 3 weeks goes by and still no word on when my order was to be shipped. I called and the phone was not in order, they said to ask questions via the web site, so i did. very prompt response saying they still had no idea when. 2 more weeks goes by and still no word. then they could not be reached by any means including email. I told them i wanted my money back after they charged my CC 2 days after placing the order. No response. i called my CC and they are handling it from now on. VERY BAD/NO SERVICE. DO NOT ORDER from this website. i should have read the reviews here first, but i didn't."

"AVOID AT ALL COST! Just like the other reviews stated, I searched all over trying to find a website that had everything I needed IN STOCK. I ended up at www.midwesthuntersoutlet.com and ordered 4 spools of fishing line and two packs of Senko worms. I get the order confirmation quickly. days go by and the shipping status still reads "processing". i write them asking what is going on and get the response "Unfortunately we are experiencing delays with this supplier. At this time we have not been informed of an estimated time of arrival." after a few more e-mails and a few attempts to get ahold of someone i had enough. it has been 1 month and 3 days since I placed an order and there is nothing. Now as I try to cancel my order, the website is having technical difficulties. Don't bother calling them, it will just tell you to go back online and write a question/comment, then hangs up on you. I have never had a problem with a website like this and i will be checking to make sure i order nothing from TGSCOM again. what a headache for a few lures and some fishing line. Not to mention these things were for a friend of mine. its embarresing to say the least. How is this company still up and running? has anyone drove to there "facility" to get some real answers? This can't be legal

EDIT: Canceled my order 5/18/2012 - It is now 6/5/2012 and I have yet to see my money.

"I was compelled to cancel an order I placed with TGSCOM about three months ago (my first order with them) when an item that was "in stock" when I ordered, was suddenly "out of stock" after I paid for it. Of course no one bothered to notify me of the status of this order. After about three weeks with nothing in hand (no email, no phone call, nothing...) I eventually contacted customer service which was an exercise in futility. Not only was it not "in stock" there weren't any available in the country, and TGS couldn't even ballpark a ship date. I was told that they do not have a physical warehouse to "hold all the items we sell". So in other words you order from TGS and TGS orders from someone else. Who in turn has to ship it to TGS, and then TGS can eventually send it to you. Who knows when? This is the way it works in theory. They haven't ever been able to complete an order for me so I don't know if anyone actually receives anything. I ordered three items on the first attempt, and out of the three only one was actually available (but hadn't shipped yet, of course). So out of sheer frustration I canceled the whole thing and ordered from another website.

After I bought the gun that I was looking for, from someone who actually had it, I began looking for bulk ammo. I ordered a case from Midwest Hunter's Outlet, and didn't realize they were connected with TGS until I received the order confirmation. Against my better judgement I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Everyone makes mistakes once in a while. So much for second chances. More than two weeks have passed, and the order is still "processing". Of course they already charged me for what I ordered, but I have no idea if/when the item will be available. If it doesn't show that the item has shipped within the next three days this order will be cancelled as well. Thanks for nothing. This company sucks.

"Terrible. Stay away from this company. The company didnt say product was on back order when I placed the order and isnt providing any info about when or if it will ship. On top of that terrible customer service, they want to charge 25% cancellation fee. I will never do business with this third rate company again. "

"I don't like the fact that I have to wait 7-10 business days for my item to ship. I should have did more research before my purchase. I would have bought elsewhere that could of had my in-stock item to me in 3-5 business days. Not very happy."

"I took a gamble, being a patient man, and placed my order thinking that the wait time would be worth the savings for me. I contacted them and was given a number in a wait list and reassured that I would have my product soon. After a month, I got cold feet and requested that my order be cancelled, and they informed me this was not possible with out a fee due to the fact that my order was being "processed", despite the fact that I was something like 7th in line. I'm starting to understand how they are able to stay in business, by charging order cancellation fees on products they never had in the first place. This company is a joke: dishonest and eerily similar to a scam. I've messaged them again and am preparing to dispute the charge and report them to the appropriate authorities. I wish I had listened to the reviews here."

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order for 5 die lock rings almost 2 months ago, my card has been charged for all 5 plus shipping, the order was placed on 15-March-2012, the card was charged on 19-March-2012, I've received 1 and according to the packing slip they got the full price of the shipping for just that one, their excuse, 6 weeks ago, was that they can't predict when their suppliers will send them items, yet when I ordered they advertised 6 in stock. I will never do business with them again, and I recommend that no-one else does either...

"Please, whatever you do, DO NOT order from this company. They will offer a good price to lure you in, and after that, nothing. I should have known, from the initial time of 7-10 days for processing!!!! You will have to wait and wait for the shipping status, rarely will you receive it. Don't even bother to call, because the phone number is just that, a number. Terrible company, I hope they get shut off and be gone from the internet."

"I have ordered one product from this company on January 19, 2012, and that being a simple $15 dollar tripod for my coyote rifle. The transaction was completed and the money was taken out of my account, however it is now May 1st, 2012, and I have yet to recieve my product in the mail. Every time I call the customer service representative tells me that the product is on back order from the company and will be sent in 2-3 business weeks. I am not a happy customer and only would like to get what I ordered and not just an excuse, especially since the website says that my product is in stock and not in fact on back order."

"I ordered 2 Items 4/18/12 and was charged/Paid for Items and on 4/30/12 Items had still not shipped-requested and update as to when I could expect Items and received email stating they are experiencing delays with their suppliers. At this time we have not been informed of an estimated time of arrival.
