"TGSCOM/Midwest Hunter's Outlet has gone out of business! Do NOT order anything from these people!
I placed an order for two Keltec PMR-30 pistols on 12-9-2011 for $611.98 and was told that these guns were on backorder. I also was told that my credit card would not be charged until the guns were ready to ship which was acceptable to me. Then on 5-15-12 my credit card was charged $611.98 by TCSCOM and as of today (6-30-12) I still have no guns, TGSCOM has not responded to my email, and does not answer the phone.
I did a web search and found that TGSCOM (aka Midwest Hunter's Outlet) has gone out of business. I (like many other customers) have contacted the BBB regarding TGSCOM's non-delivery of merchandise, and have disputed the charges on my credit card. The BBB gives TGSCOM a D- rating so buyer beware!"
"Sorry folks but Midwest, thegunsource.com, zombiearmory.com, damncheapguns.com and about 100 other companys operated by TGSCOM, Inc. and owned by Eric Thompson from Green Bay, Wisconsin are all closed effective 5-30-12. If you placed an order and gave credit card info, check your card statement and you will see you have been billed and will not receive your order. This company has ripped off thousands of folks like you and me. The best thing you can do is contact your card co., Better Business Bureau (TGS will not respond to)Green Bay Police Dept., ATF, Federal Trade Commision, your State Representitive and the Interstate Commerce Commision. Please notify authorities if you have been a victim of fraud from TGSCOM, Inc. as they have broken the law and deserve to face the penalty."

These folks have bit off more than they can chew. Best to stay away as it looks like they enter entire catalogs of stock and have no idea whether they can get them."
"Just got offline with my bank to dispute my order with Midwest Hunter's Outlet. I placed my order 04/01/2012 and still have not received it 06/08/2012. Tried to contact them again today and my message was rejected, site not available.

"I can't really review this merchant properly, since they never sent my order. I placed an order on April 22, 2012. After receiving my order confirmation, I waited several days, but never got notice that my order had shipped.
I contacted them, and was told that my item was on backorder, even though it was showing as 'in stock' when I placed the order. They informed me that they expected the item to be back in stock soon, but couldn't provide me with an actual date estimate.
I decided to be patient, and give them time to fulfill the order.
As of today (May 27, 2012), not only has my order not arrived, I have received no further correspondence from the merchant. At this point, I'm giving up. I'll be cancelling my order and getting the product from another source.
In short, stay away from this seller if you value good customer service and would actually like to receive the items you order within a reasonable period of time."
"This company is associated with numerous online web sites, www.thegunsource.com, www.glockworld.com etc.. The business is actually closed right now, no one is operating it, and they still have their web sites up and running and taking people's money and not processing orders.. Buyers be very very aware of this if you order they will take your money, you will never, ever get a product period. Before they shut the doors, they captured money from outstanding orders that will never come in as well. Research them alot they own several hundred web sites. Contact the ATF and Federal Trade Commission ASAP if you have been defrauded like I have."
"Do not order from this company! I placed an order on 4/17/12 and have yet to receive it. I tried emailing them - email links do not work. I tried calling them - no way to leave a message. The recorded message says, "system not working". I have mailed a registered demand letter to get my $300.00 back. My next step will be to turn them in to the authorities."
