"The scanner came DOA. When I requested a RMA I didnot receive a response for 2 days, I had to send another email requesting a response. Then I received the following rersponse:
Just send the defective unit(s) back to us for testing. Please enclose a copy of your receipt along with your full name, shipping address, phone number, and a short description of what is wrong. If your items are tested and found defective, we will send you a replacement. If the items are tested and found not defective, they will be sent back to you. Make sure to protect the items by using a static protective bag, foam cushioning, and a sturdy box.
Instead of return the scanner and we will replace it."
