"I had no problems at all with this seller until I received the shipment. The item was used, not refurbished as advertised, and it didn't work. Customer service was prompt about issuing an RMA number, but would not pay for return shipping. I returned the item and was promptly issued a refund for less than the amount I had paid for the item. When I contacted the seller for an explanation, I was told that the actual shipping costs were more than what was reflected on my invoice, so the difference was subtracted from the refund amount. In the end, I ended up with a refund for a little more than half of what I had paid."

"Purchased AMD Sempron 2200+ barebones PC including MSI KM3M-V motherboard and 256M RAM. Upgraded to 512M RAM and updated case. Everything was fine except the sound on the motherboard didn't work (I chose not to do without the machine for warranty replacement and instead installed an old sound card) and the processor fan is louder than most. Otherwise, system is running as expected with no problems."

"Bought a heatsink from them, it was in a box of packing peanuts wrapped in bubble wrap (just wrapped around, no tape or anything holding it on) the new heatsink had dried thermal paste on the side of it and was dented slightly.

They forgot to include the Shin-Etsu paste, I called them up immediately and was told they were sending it and should arrive in about three days. It has been six days and no paste has arrived.

The heatsink works fine otherwise. (My ram came with copper thermal paste)
