"Recommend not ordering from them. They conveniently canceled my order R Order No. 6420741 after it was advertised as in-stock, and a telephone call confirmed that the item would be shipping soon. I get an email in later stating that the item has been discontinued - Sorry Charlie. I don't think this would happen over at Amazon or Newegg. Bad first experience, and that's what counts in the free market. Will not recommend to friends. "

"Here is my sad story about this company.
I bought a media player from them (Zinwell Zin TV 3-In-1 Networking 1080P Full HD/High Definition Digital Multimedia Player). The ad was shining with all the amazing features of this product. At the bottom was a return policy, which turned out to be smart and deceiving! They say the product is not eligible for a return or exchange, but right after it there is a statement saying that other terms and conditions may apply and a link inviting you to read their full return policy, which immediately states, "At Meritline.com, we offer a 100 % customer satisfaction guarantee. Our customers can apply for a return that is easier than ever. Please email your RMA request to ****@****.". After reading this statement and having a prior positive experience with this company, I ordered with confidence. Sadly, the product they sold to me was way too far from what they claimed in the advertisement. It simply did not work the way they promised. I wanted to return it and following their "100% customer satisfaction guarantee" promise, I e-mailed my RMA request. Next day I received a response saying that they are sorry they sold me a faulty device, but since it is no return, no exchange product, you customer can shut your mouth and forget that you threw away 53 dollars. You should've known when you were buying this product that if we put no return, no exchange sign, it means the product is junk and not worth buying it. Obviously, they did not say those exact words, but nevertheless the point was that they had no intention to issue a refund.
Update from 12/13/11: As of today I received a full refund from Meritline.com. I returned the product(free shipping). Everything went smoothly. Thank you, the representative who replied to my post here. You really did the difference and saved the company's renome. Thanks again and Happy Holidays!!!

"Everything I read said that orders usually show up within a week. I placed my order 11 days ago and have not received it. I finally called Meritline and they told me the product was on backorder. The website or my receipt never told me that, and had I known, I certainly wouldn't have purchased from them.

The good news is that calling their support number was helpful, but you have to select "sales" to get an answer. When I selected "order status" it rang for a while and then put me back to the top of the phone tree.

"I saw a deal for iPhone 4 case. I placed the order with the wrong shipping type so I wanted to modify..Ofcourse, there is no option to modify the order and there is no cancel option either.
So, I sent an email to the customer support and placed a new order with the correct shipping type.
I get an email from customer support saying my first order is shipped and asking me if I want to cancel the second order.
The catch here is that there is free shipping for an item but when you proceed for checkout, the prioirty shipping(not free) is checked by default.
