"This is one of my favorite places to shop online. Low prices, and really good daily specials. Everything I've ordered from them was good quality, arrived on time, no problems. Some items ship directly from China, so shipping can take a while, but they always clearly state the expected shipping time."

"I have ordered twice, and each time I have to call in the order. It seems when clicking on the cart link, the cart goes back to "0" items no matter how many items I order. A real PIA!

"Recently purchased Sony PS3 controllers from this website. Package arrive late and there is no package for each controller. All controllers are put inside a normal plastic bag which normally used for food package. No sign shows it's from Sony company.

Contacted customer service online, and they said "At Meritline.com, we offer a 100 % customer satisfaction guarantee. Our customers can apply for a return that is easier than ever. Please email your RMA request to ****@****."

"Basically, most of the merchantdize are far cheaper than the other website, but the problem is that shipping is extremely slow, usually 3~5 week. Also the customer service is not bad. Haven't met any of other problem in this website."

"meritline maximizes profit on defective products by using stall tactics when you ask for an RMA. I've been asking for an RMA for 3 days. I ordered a refurbished WDTVlive plus internet tv (netflix) streaming device. The problems I experienced are not unique. I just want an exchange, not even a refund.

"This company sells junk from China. I spent $58 on soap dispensers. 3 of them worked for a week, while the other one never did work.

Beware - this company has only a THIRTY day return policy.

You're better off going to Bed Bath & Beyond than ordering from this company. BBB will at least exchange a faulty product, and they don't sell cheap junk!

"Excellent pricing, good variety of items. The survey is poorly though out though as it should have the order number and date for the item. The order/invoice number I used was made up and the date was guessed at. The item purchased was a Skyline wireless mouse which has been working fine so far- tho usage has been limited."

"I've dealth with Meritline for several years and always been pleased with their service. A recent problem, however, was the first opportunity I had to evaluate their Service After the Sale.
Part of a recent order was to be shipped from China, and was to arrive in 2-3 weeks. A couple of days after the 3 weeks I emailed them to let them know that it had not arrived yet. I got a reply from their customer service department within 24 hours asking me to confirm my shipping address, and a followup email within a day asking if I wanted a refund or replacement of the item.

I was very impressed with Meritline's promptness, pleasantness, and fairness. I would recommend them to a friend!
