"Merch Now has the absolute WORST quality control and even worse customer service. I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service and I was being really nice. I ordered an orange and red smush vinyl (that cost me almost $40 by the end of it) and what arrived was a solid bright red vinyl. I honestly thought they had just sent me the wrong variant by accident. It looked NOTHING like the photo of what they had on the website (our only way to know what we’re ordering) and when I kindly reached out and sent them a photo to see if I could ship it back and exchange it they refused and said it was the correct variant and “from what this looks like to me, is the red is such a bright overpowering color, the orange has a hard time showing through“ which made me laugh because it there wasn’t a speck of orange in this vinyl. I won’t be ordering from Merch Now ever again. Not worth the insane prices and the hassle of dealing with their terrible customer service. Always shop local! They deserve the money way more than Merch Now ever will. "
"I was nervous about ordering somewhat pricey vinyl records through MerchNow after reading negative reviews. I have now ordered twice with no problems at all. The last order was shipped in less that 24 hours and I received it 3 days after I ordered. Both orders arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely not hesitate to order again!"
"This store sells vinyl. If the vinyl is damaged in transit, they won't do anything about it. They did not offer an exchange, discount or even a return label so I could return the items. Just **** out of luck. Not shopping here again, that's for f ing sure."
"Ordered a boxset of vinyl records. They arrived damaged due to improper packaging and rough handling by the post office. After several attempts to contact them, I opened a dispute with PayPal. Received a reply real quick then. After all is said and done, I have to pay to ship the damaged **** back to them on my dime in order to get a refund. Place is a joke, STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!!!"
"Placed an order for Christmas which took almost a month to be shipped and was sent to an incorrect address. The post office returned it to the sender (MerchNow) and I notified them of the error. Their customer service rep didn't even reply when I asked for it to be resent to the correct address and said they would cancel the order after hours. This after I never even received the merchandise! I will never shop there again and suggest no one else does as they didn't admit they made a mistake and capriciously cancelled my order."
"After 16 days of waiting for the item to ship and numerous emails with no results I decided to cancel the order. My 14 year old is disappointed but there will be another YouTuber so she will be fine. After reading the reviews I hope I get my money back. All the email says: funds will be available 7-10 days. Hope their not backed up on that too Horrible customer service and they could care less. "

"I ordered a shirt from them and when it arrived I noticed it didn't look as it should. I messaged them asking if they could exchange it and they asked me to send pictures of the shirt which I did. Five days after I send the picture a different service rep emails me the return exchange policy that states I have to pay to ship it there and back plus a restocking fee. I send the shirt in but when it arrived the rep said the shirt looks like it should and asks if I want a refund instead. I tell her no it doesn't and send her the pictures of what it's advertised to look like on the page and what I received. They replied "Unfortunately all images on the website are only Digital mock-ups and subject to some differences and variances." Nowhere on the product page or anywhere on their website do they have that disclaimer. I ask why I wasn't told the shirt looked as it should before I wasted money shipping it. I don't get a reply for five days and the email just says I've been refunded. I never asked to be refunded and with the shipping and restocking fee I still end up paying 80% of the cost of the shirt."
"First thing first.....horrible first impressions. My favorite band just so happen to Merchnow as their distribution center so the only reason I tried it.
I ordered something for preorder 2 weeks In advance and when the day comes it never ships out until 3 full days AFTER the album release. So I had to wait...then i hated that they had no other way to tell you what's going on with your order. The only thing they did was give me a estimated date and (subject to change) which or course it did for 3 days.
Aren't we supposed to get things on the expected due date for preorders? "

"Just can’t justify how two days after an item is released, my preorder hasn’t even shipped and all you get from them is lazy half assed reaponses. I don’t know about anyone else, but I don’t preorder things two months in advance to have them show up a week or two later. Do not use them as this is my 3rd bad experience with them."
"I pre-ordered a shirt from my favorite band on there and it was said to ship by a few days before their concert so I was really happy about it. So a month or so goes by and the day it was said to ship comes and I kept waiting to come home and see a package with my name sitting on my front porch. I continue to check every day just in case my order actually comes to my house. Now that I think of i, they never sent me a confirmation e-mail, never had me "login in" in any way. But anyways, I've emailed them multiple times and only have had a response one of those times, I called during business hours and got sent to an answering machine, left a voicemail, never got a call back. So I guess you could say I'm very f***ing irritated with their bullsh*t service. MerchNow if you see this... up your game or don't play at all."

"I really wish bands would use a different service. MerchNow is HORRID. I ordered a subscription of Coheed and Cambria comics back in October, they were supposed to come to my house on a monthly basis for six months. I got ONE of the six issues I ordered, over $100 spent. When I email they noticed I moved and blamed me? I JUST moved and the comics were supposed to have shipped months ago. I then requested multiple times to change my address to my new address and send me what I paid for. The rep, Keith Morales, just spins the wheels, does absolutely nothing to help me and basically says that I am SOL. For over a week and TEN emails back and forth, he emails me today and tells me that they shipped issue 11 (which I guess just came out) to my OLD address even after multiple requests to change the address to my new address. Then I check with a friend who still lives at the old address, and NOTHING CAME!
What a SCAM of a site, they just take your money, don't fulfill their end of the bargain and then blame you. Don't order from these scam artists, they will just take your money and run."
