"I found the shipping to be slower than expected. When I have ordered from the states, OWC same day as I ordered from you on a separate order, it shipped next day. The funny part is, I split my order to test both suppliers! I would absolutely still use you guys - but I would suggest that a quicker order to ship process would help you guys. The jury is still out - while they shipped next day - I have not received the order yet, customs may play into it - and who knows, you may arrive sooner than OWC! That is why I tried both companies. "An unexpected 6+ days required before the item was even shipped. This Canada to US warehouse shipping estimation time was never mentioned. When checking status of order in account, I couldn't log in without a password, a password never given to me. I had to e-mail that I "forgot" the password instead to retrieve it. When the item was finally shipped, I checked the tracking number and it's not in the computer yet. Hoped to receive my package in 7 days and it seems to be taking twice as long. Good customer service when e-mailing inquiries directly though."

"The first delivery was bad ram (i.e.) wrong size 240 pin instead of 204. For Apple, the IMac is a laptop not a desktop (for ram).
I returned the ram the same day in Brossard, Québec,Canada. I received those ram on Dec.11 by ups, in Montréal. So now i have to pay a little bit more for the ram and for the mailing service."

"I purchase "factory refurbished" machines from IBM. Generally, these machines come with a minimum of RAM. I have searched other sites that sell RAM Cards and always come back to Memory Depot.com to actually purchase my RAM. When I sell the machine, I know that it is has it's running with maximum memory. In this last instance; I am upgrading a LENOVO T400 laptop to 8GB so that I can install and run the 64 Bit version of Windows 7.
Only cost me $20.00 over the 4GB package. Super deal for what will be a high power laptop."
