Reasonable price for OEM parts and Good communication

"Ordered two parts for my Toyota for the first time. I was a bit concerned about sourcing parts from overseas but the transaction went very smoothly. They were very quick to respond to my questions as well. I got my parts in two weeks. Thorough and secure packaging. Thank you!"

I don't want to write this review!

"I do not want to write this review
I do it because it seems the only way to get the companies attention. First let me say my first two orders were perfect. Difficult parts to find at good prices. However this order is a mess.
Delivery outside date was April 5. Japan post handed it to Express Mail Service March 23 and no other tracking was ever available. EMS in my country says they have no record of the package.
Contact from Megazip is spotty and always says wait. Would arrive last week in one message, this week in another. The message I got this morning was:

Please be informed that once we receive any update, we reach out to you.

What am I supposed to do? I asked for a refund!

UPDATE
Today senior management reached out to me and acknowledged the problem. I do believe it was isolated and yes now I can track my package. I do realize sometimes shipping companies can cause problems. I just want the company to keep me informed not just say "Please wait"

Most friendly and extensive parts service

"Ordered parts for my GZG50 Century, which can be a challenge, but Megazip had exactly the parts I wanted and were so helpful in helping me to source exactly what I needed. The site was easy to use and the customer service was professional, fun and on the mark. The parts arrived faster than some I order here in Australia and were well packaged. And the price for supply and postage were most reasonable. WIth a couple of imports in the garage, I now know where I can get parts. Thanks guys."

"Ordered a part which they stated was in stock. After converting to US funds (via pay pal - Canada) and paying for the item I was told they do not have it in stock. Was charged a fee from Pay Pal. Company should not have an item marked in stock when they DO NOT HAVE IT IN STOCK!!

Great service, very quick shipment, very easy to find the parts I needed, great communications

"First, let me say that I am not a mechanic. I have basic knowledge about how to replace some o-rings, bolts , nuts and anode protectors. I found the website of megazip, very easy to navigate, very easy to my model outboard motor and than to find the parts for it. They even suggest that you for example need 2 o- rings or 2 washers if you actual need of the same model in order to replace a specific part.
I m located in Bulgaria, shipment took about 2 weeks total, about a week from the 2 weeks was needed for the items to be cleared by Bulgarian customs. I would would say this was a very fast shipment form Japan to my home in Bulgaria. Considering that parts in Bulgaria and Europe are very expensive and sometimes may take 2-3 months for a part to arrive or even worse, after waiting for a month you maybe informed that they don't have the part. Not to mention that many of the parts sold in Europe , may not be original. So, If you need any parts offered by Megazip, I would strongly recommend to purchase from them.

Review of Order Delay and Lack of Delivery Confirmation - Order Number: 605054-1

"I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent order experience with MegaZip. On January 12, 2024, I placed an order for a part with the expectation, as per the estimated delivery date provided, that I would receive it between January 26 and February 7. However, as of February 23, I have yet to receive my order.

Upon checking the tracking information provided, it indicates that my order has been delivered to the post office. However, upon visiting the post office and inquiring about my order, there is no record of its arrival or existence. This has left me feeling incredibly frustrated and dissatisfied with the service provided by MegaZip.

It is disappointing to have invested both time and money into an order only to be left without the item and without any clear resolution. It feels as though my money has been taken without any intention of fulfilling the order, resulting in wasted time and resources on my end.

I urge MegaZip to investigate this matter promptly and provide me with a satisfactory resolution. At this point, I would appreciate either a prompt delivery of the ordered item or a full refund of my payment.

I hope that MegaZip takes this feedback seriously and works to improve its processes to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
