"Recently, I needed a replacement plastic underbody shield for my 2008 Lexus IS 250. The price from the UK Lexus Dealer was astronomical, so I looked into sourcing the component from Japan. Megazip were able to supply the part, together with the various clips that I needed to fit the plastic panel. Retour accepté d’une pièce à plus de 600 dollars, colis monté en bonne et due forme tel que le manager me l’a conseillé. Colis arrivé aux EAU mais echecs successifs de livraison sans motif. Malgré échanges par message avec les managers qui m’indiquent que le colis est bloqué pour une raison incompréhensible au bureau de Poste, je ne comprends toujours pas pourquoi le colis n’est pas récupéré par les correspondants locaux, et j’attends toujours depuis un mois mon remboursement.
Je comptais poursuivre mes achats de pièces avec ce site, mais si les retours sont catastrophiques, qui plus est avec des pièces très onéreuses et avec des frais de port retour à ma charge, alors je suis définitivement refroidi."
