"Sofas are very well-built, and they're with you on any step of the process if you need help, whether it be design or customization questions, or needing to alter the shipping timeline. I spent months searching, so I'm confident when I say you won't find a better-priced chemical free sofa anywhere else, by far. Their return policy exceptional, communication is excellent, and throughout the process, they've proven that they truly care about our satisfaction. I very highly recommend Stem Goods!"

It's not going well--poor communication from company

"Ordered sofa with fabric selection TBD on 10/25. Predicted time of completion on my particular order was either 11/27 or 11/29. Should be delivered within 5-10 days of end of construction. Said they would contact when time to finalize fabric choice to complete build. Didn't. Apparently they're still layering foam, whatever that means, and apparently it takes several weeks to do that in spite of initially predicting a 3-4 week construction period. It's almost 2 months now. Finally contacted them about my fabric selection at time of original completion date and reiterated that I needed sofa in time for Christmas. Hosting the in-laws. A WEEK after I paid the upcharge for this fabric choice, was told the fabric was backordered until January and that I'd either go with something else or just wait. No apologies for any of the poor communication, no response from the operations manager several weeks ago when I asked about the timeline and the designer cc'ed him to have him answer my query about delivery date. No nothing. I now have no seating for my guests and still no idea when I'll get my dang piece of furniture. I will not be doing future business with this company, even though there are so few companies that offer latex padding."
