Something is off... it looks like it was designed on a computer and not tested enough in actual rooms with other furniture... Has an IKEA look and feel...

"We are so happy that we decided to purchase from Medley. My husband and I live in Canada and were searching locally for a healthier option for furniture (no flame retardants, no offgassing, etc) and couldn’t find anything.
We stumbled upon Medley online and really loved what this company stood for. We ended up buying 7 Rio pieces from them. The design process was straightforward (Thank you Laura!) with lots of options. We even had swatches delivered to us several times to help us decide on fabric. We just received the couches and are honestly blown away at how beautifully made they are. You can tell they’re built to quality and the fabric is stunning. We chose the certipur foam with down pillows and it’s very comfortable. There was a bit of a wait I guess because of covid, and then because we live in Canada. Kevin was amazing at informing us many times about the delay and when we would expect to receive the couches. Awesome customer service from the entire team at Medley.

"This is my first order with Medley and I am very happy. I had a sofa and chair made for me and I am thrilled with the results. Everyone at the company kept me constantly updated as to their progress so you are never in the dark or wondering what's going on. Now, this is not instant furniture so you have to plan accordingly to their workload. It is worth the wait though. My royal blue sofa is gorgeous and very comfortable. My plush, white chair is an eye-popper! I will be ordering again without any hesitation. Laura and Shawn are excellent representatives of the company. Justin was particularly kind to me as I started to panic about delivery because of a house-warming party I was having. The quilty and style of Medley's furniture is the best I have ever purchased. "I was very interested in buying a non-toxic sectional sofa because I have fibromyalgia and chemical sensitivities, but the price point was a little out of reach. I was checking Stem’s website and noticed the PERFECT sectional on clearance! It had been returned by a customer but was in perfect condition. It was exactly what I wanted, even down to the upholstery fabric!
I contacted Laura and explained that we were in escrow on our house and would have to wait a few weeks to actually make the purchase, but would she be willing to hold it for us. She told me that I could “purchase” it online and select the “pay by check” option and then pay when our escrow closed! I was overjoyed!
