" This was my first time with a med. Alert and I find it very convenient and feel positive wearing it. Debbie Elie was very courteous and answered my questions in a very professional manner. She was very well informed. I'm glad she was the person I dealt with my purchase. I am now wondering, if I should have gotten a plan whereby I should wear it all the time. since i am in my car often out of reach with my current plan. Any suggestions. Do you have a mobile type of plan.???"

"My Medical Care Alert is like my best buddy. Before I got my Medical Care Alert, I always wondered what would happen if I fell in the house or garage and I am the only one here? Most of my neighbors are "Snow Birds" and aren't here but 5 or 6 months of the year so they wouldn't be around if I fell. This Medical Care Alert has made me so comfortable about moving around the house, garage and yard. I don't worry about anything happening to me and not having any one knowing that I am in trouble. It is a relief off my mind and my kids think it is a smart thing since I live alone and they don't live close to me. It makes them breathe easier too. Everyone should have such a devise to keep them safe."

"I had a flawless customer service experience with Medical Care Alert. They were super quick to respond to my inquiries and gave personal attention to my particular situation in helping me to choose between their service options. The cost is comparable or better than other providers, but I feel I received more personal attention. I was purchasing the service for my mom, who is not as technically savvy, so knowing she could speak to someone by telephone and get her needs met was a BIG selling point for me. Also, the terms of the contract were perfect for our needs. Many providers do not provide a good description of how one can end their service agreement or transfer it to a different residence - something that is vital to know when one is a senior. In other words, other contracts were easy to get into, but difficult or impossible to exit. Not so with Medical Care Alert. These details are well spelled out and fair. But again, to me the biggest asset of this company is the personal customer service. Even when my mom conducts her monthly check of the service and equipment, the people answering the call are professional, friendly, patient and thorough. 5 Stars for sure!"

"Was billed the day I called Received answers to questions after calling 2 or 3 times Each person said they would get back to me but I always had to call back. Now I am being told it takes weeks to receive credit for the you received July 28 Meanwhile I am paying interest because I was the 3 month plan was the shortest term you offer

"Misinformation relayed to me about shipping time. No call back initially. Unit got lost in shipping. Told hook up could be done by phone...Our 80 yr old could not install. We had to send someone to install. Very frustrating at a time when I needed an alert unit quickly. Customer service did try & was nice. Need new shipping options & option for installation! Sometimes loved ones don't live close by."

"The phone number I was given to test the device did not answer-which concerned me greatly since the raisin eyre is to reach someone in an emergency. I reported the problem to the company and have had no problems since.-but the concern still lingers"
