"Making the purchase was easy enough. Getting the mattress was a bit of a nightmare. After waiting 5 weeks for the shipment, the shipper lost the mattress. Getting that communicated back to US-Mattress took several days on the phone and required me to speak to a number of people in the logistics chain. Phone calls never returned by US-Mattress made it that much harder. Low and behold, the shipper did end up finding the mattress. It apparently then fell on me to communicate back to US-Mattress that the mattress had been found and that a replacement mattress was not needed. That took 3 emails and a two weeks before getting a response even after the replacement was already enroute."
