"Prior to initially placing this order, I called and confirmed with a salesperson that the mattress I wanted was still being made. The person confirmed that it was.
I then placed my order on line. Two weeks after I had placed the order (and paid) - my order was cancelled by US-Mattress without any explanation and my money was refunded. I then received an email from them implying that I had cancelled the order. Which I did not. I then called to find out what was going on and got transferred to C.S. and placed on hold for so long that I finally gave up.
This experience has left me very perplexed as to who is minding the store? t no time did I or anyone else on my end of this cancel this order. I had even gone as far as ordering a new frame to fit the king size mattress.

I received 12 King Size Shams instead.
Completely useless to me
There website clearly says Boudoir Size 12x16
Sent pictures of unopened product and of the sticker on package showing King Size.
I also sent pictures of the ad from which I purchased showing all this.
I Also stated that I would be fine with them sending the correct size and sending the King sizes back.
If they didn’t have them, I would then take a refund.
Roxanne responded quickly in the beginning asking me for pictures and more info, which I provided.
Now ,I hear nothing in response
