"Good automotive products, although quite expensive. It took three different products to properly fit my Ford F-150 for its side window deflectors. The moonroof deflector couldn't be installed. They made me pay the return shipping on that. Total out of pocket was $32, which included shipping it back and the shipping I paid to have it sent to me. Still haven't received a credit yet.

Other suppliers offer similar merchandise at much lower prices.

"Good prices and fast shipping combined with great customer service from this seller of auto accessories. No way to check order status online, and no email saying it was shipped, but my order arrived in three days, so it doesn't matter. One piece was broken thanks to FedEx, and I called MacNeil's customer service, got an immediate answer, a friendly voice, and a promise that they would ship a replacement the next business day. I received it today, not broken. They just asked that I hang on to the broken stuff for a few days in case FedEx wants to see it. No problem. FedEx has delivered products to me before that were well-packaged and yet damaged in shipping; don't believe it when people say they're much better than UPS."
